Siamo arrivati c’era aria freddissima da non poter entrare no sapevano alla reception come fare a spengerla
Addirittura uno della reception mi ha detto che gli rubavo il suo tempo quando io ho pagato e sono ferie e lui dovrebbe fare suo lavoro ..
Non sapevano cosa fare e come risolvere problemi valutazione minima anche per il prezzo pagato

Hotel was very nice, spacious and clean. Bed was very comfy. Extra blankets and pillows were available in the apartment also. The amenities like bread, snacks, coffee and spices etc was a nice touch. The view of the lake was spectacular and often saw otters on the shore next to the hotel. The host was extremely helpful during our stay and gave us a UK to Europe adapter as we had forgotten ours. The host also extended our check out until the evening at no extra cost as our flight home was not until 22:00. She was also available for any queries or requests we had and had very prompt responses. Very good location also - a 10 minute walk to Sirmione.

A little overpriced like most accommodations in Italy, but VERY comfortable bed!

Positive aspects: we had a Lateral Lake View Apartment, and it was nice and the bed was SUPER comfortable. I'm usually a super light sleeper, and easily sweat a lot during the night if mattresses aren't good quality or if they are too soft, but this one was just perfect.

Less positive: a little pricey given that the hotel is not located in the town centre. There were no spoons, cutting knives or kitchen cloths in the kitchenette. There is no phone in the room, so you need to use your personal mobile phone to call or WhatsApp reception, and they might take a while to respond.

Die Villa Canneto, als Teil des Hotel Smeraldo / La Paül, ist ein Neubau bestehend aus 2 Etagen, sowie ein älterer Anbau als Appartement umfunktioniert.

Die Anlage profitiert sehr stark von der Nähe zur Altstadt, jedoch sind die Preise - typisch für Sirmione / den Gardasee - relativ hoch. Im Grunde hat die Anlage sehr viel Potential, jedoch fehlt es im Detail etwas an Liebe und Pflege. Der Strandbereich ist leider teilweise etwas ungepflegt (Müll/Plastikflaschen) - man könnte hier viel mehr draus machen. Das Apartment Bilo Panorma ist im Anbau, ideal für eine kleine Familie, aber man darf nichts großartiges erwarten. Hinweis: gleich beim Check-In wird man für seinen Aufenthalt zur Kasse gebeten, inkl. Pfand über 100€.

Wir hatten unsere Reise über ein Portal gebucht, leider konnten wir, aufgrund des derzeitigen Dengue Fieber Ausbruchs, nicht anreisen, da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt in der 30. Schwangerschaftswoche wäre und mir mein Arzt ganz klar davon abgeraten hat. Auch wenn uns die Stornierungsgebühren in Höhe von 50 % des Preises klar waren, so hätten wir hier doch seitens der Unterkunft auf mehr Kulanz gehofft. Ein anderes Hotel, welches wir direkt im Anschluss gebucht hatten, hat uns die Stornierungskosten ohne weiteres erlassen. Es geht also auch anders.

Sehr schwieriges Unternehmen. Schon kompliziert vor dem Antritt der Reise. Sie wollen alle Reisepässe, auch die der Kinder vorab digital geschickt haben. Wenn man nicht einverstanden ist keinerlei Kulanz bei der Stornierung.

You will like it here. Close to town centre, private parking, private beach. Maybe too many electronic gadgets in the room, with LED's bothering you all the night... Otherwise - new place, clean, well equipped. Kitchen needs some more imagination, otherwise it's great value for money.
