This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, it almost feels as if certain staff is racist. First night, no curfew and no issues the staff was super friendly. The next morning we couldn’t get breakfast because we didn’t get a “receipt”, when clearly it stated on the email that breakfast was included… and all of a sudden there was a curfew, when the first night I was able to come in and out past 10 pm and there wasn’t any issue. Second night we were locked out when all of our belongings were inside of the hotel. I forced the door open (which I wasn’t supposed to do) but never in all my years of traveling have I been locked out of the hotel that I reserve to stay in with all my belongings inside. cleanliness is mid, the keys stop working after 1 time use. I’m not trying to hate, but this is not 600$ worth for 3 nights. Definitely stay anywhere else, this place is terrible and the staff sucks except for the one guy the first night.

Front desk was courtesy and friendly and room was so spacious! The pool was clean and that’s a big plus! Also walking distance to restaurants which is great. Definitely would come back to stay when visiting Fontana, CA.

Awful. There are too many options in town to settle for the horrible front desk at this place. The hotel is under construction. There is no information about this on the Hilton Mobile app, which is what we are encouraged to use for everything from making reservations, checking in, checking out, chatting, and getting keys. So we use it religiously and booked this place. We arrive get to the room and it’s nothing but drills and saws. I call down and ask and the front desk says construction is 7am-7pm every day. I said there is no way to know this prior to booking on the app. She says it’s on our website. Ok, but we used the app not the website. She says it’s all over the hotel lobby. Ok, but again when would we see the “courtesy signs” unless we went into the hotel before check in? C’mon! I asked if there was another Hilton property we could move to. She said no we don’t do that and they are fully booked so moving rooms isn’t an option. Based on her answers, we booked a different hotel and then she calls me and says “I had to talk to my general manager but we are doing you a favor and moving you to the first floor. It was so generous” Needless to say I asked how is that helpful when you told me there was nothing you could do, so I booked another location that is now nonrefundable. I honestly didn’t know whether to laugh or cry at this point. I asked if I could speak with the General Manager and of course the person wasn’t there. I told the front desk I realize they are not responsible for the app but they are responsible when customers are not notified of construction and it is a Hilton owned source of information. We moved to a Home2Suites and as usual had the best experience with staff and the environment. That will be on a different review. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Everything was in order, with the highlight being the prompt check-in at 3:00. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised to be granted access to my room one hour ahead of schedule, a gesture for which I was greatly appreciative. Additionally, the hotel exhibited cleanliness and charm, with friendly staff further enhancing the overall experience.

On 8/2/24, I attempted make a reservation online and wasn’t successful. I called into the front desk. Leo was on the phone with me for minutes, trying to get me a reservation with my group. For some reasons, it was challenging but he didn’t give up. Leo was kind, motivated and very helpful. I’m appreciative of his sweet and kind nature. Thank you Leo, you’re the greatest customer rep. for 2024.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fontana, CA, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Chef Gordon, the talented F&B director, has truly elevated the hotel's dining experience. The food was not what you'd expect from a typical hotel restaurant—it was exquisite, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor.

Having dined at Outback the night before, I can confidently say that the Hilton Garden Inn's restaurant outshines it in every way. The service was attentive, the ambiance welcoming, and the food was simply outstanding. The menu isn't overly extensive, but it offers a broad selection that changes monthly, ensuring there's always something new and exciting to try.

The hotel itself is immaculate, and the service is top-notch. I even had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, who took the time to address some minor issues and went above and beyond to ensure the rest of my stay was unforgettable.

As a frequent traveler, I can honestly say this Hilton Garden Inn stands out for its exceptional quality and service. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal or a stay—you won't be disappointed!

As I was pulling the blanket off because I brought my own blanket I saw some stains like with blood ? that is so disgusting. I came from Texas and I thought this place was a good place to stay with my family other then the blanket the bed is comfortable

Hard to check in, Jackie, was not friendly or problem solved.
We wasted 2 hrs checking in.
A pretty face does not pay rent. It's an old saying we're a persons faces is the only validity for having a job.

The young mam at the checking, was more humble and easier to dealt. Thank God for that. Otherwise we would have just taken our business somewhere else.

Stress, no thanks.
