For the price, general area, and quality I’d say a 3/5 is fair enough. If you look long enough while in your room you’ll start to see some concerning things, like random gross stains near the windows or doors, or wall paper that seems water damage by the windows. It can also be awfully loud due to the hotel being right next to the freeway. The beds and floor is generally clean. I’d say bring clorox wipes and wipe down the toilet before using cause I didn’t like what I saw when I got my room. Parking is alright, spots may be small. Service is great, everyone is nice and helpful except for one of this one front desk lady who was not the nicest. The pool is clean! If you need to stay somewhere for a weekend and you’re on a budget, this may be a solid option over other hotels in the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The beds are so comfortable the pillows are perfect. The room is nice and large. Very quiet. The shower was awesome. Everything about this place is a 10. Would definitely recommend this place.

Warehouse Life

The main issue with this hotel is the staff.

The staff here Is rude. On multiple occasions, they have tried to charge me for parking as a Diamond Elite member, and cheated me out of amenity points on multiple occasions.

The manager Frank seems to be tone deaf when you have an issue.

The staff needs serious coaching.

Please check your credit card statement since they have overcharged me on more than two occasions. Shameful.

I've stayed here quite a few times and always leaves happy and relaxed. The rooms are clean and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Every time we drove to LA, we always stopped by OC to visit friends and family. This time we got to stay at this nice hotel after the one in Glendale a few days earlier. Plenty of parking spaces and close to all the freeways to OC area.
The hotel is quite clean and the people are quite nice. Luckily we got a room close to the side door that leads straight to our parking lot instead of walking around many hallways. This is quite a large complex.
The room is very nice and large, the shower I like with nice water pressure and the shower head is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. My son loves the desk to play game on his laptop. Quite a few USB charger on the night table which is convenient. The bathroom is a little small but livable. The AC is great, just perfect for hot days.
The only complaint I have is to have to walk downstairs to get ice because the one upstairs always out.
It was quite a nice one night stay.
We always like to stay in a new place, but we may come back here again for next trip.

Our family (4 of us) stayed here for a week related to the PGF softball tournament. On the positive, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean. The bathroom, at least in the double queen was tiny. They did have a mirror and dressing area outside of the bathroom, which was nice, but having two people in the bathroom was a bit of challenge. The hotel itself needs some updating. The gym was missing weights and additional equipment. You would think they could go out and buy some of the replacement weights for limited cost. The elevator didn't work more than half the time. Glass walls in pool area were broken and had plyboard in place of them. The dryer had to be fixed multiple times. We were warned when we checked in to be careful about leaving valuables in cars- which is a problem all around the area, not just this hotel, but low and behold, a car next to ours had the back glass punched out. So, I guess they weren't kidding. And, after all of that, you pay $10/day for parking. The location is convenient to the airport and the freeway. In the grand scheme of things-you get what you pay for. we would have paid more for most other hotels-so for a good night's sleep, if you don't need a gym and can walk up the stairs-it is ok. To be fair, there are multiple elevators, so maybe just the one near us was broken.

This is definitely a descent hotel. The room was clean. You do have to pay for breakfast. It’s a descent buffet, not really worth $19. Customer service from the staff was excellent!!! Their house keeping do no clean the rooms daily and they express that in the information sheet that they leave in your room. However, they will bring whatever you need. My air conditioner wasn’t working when I first arrived. I contacted the front desk and the maintenance man came right away. My thermostat needed new batteries. The maintenance man saw me later that day and verified that is was working.

The location for this hotel is great. It’s minutes from the John Wayne airport. However, they do not have black out curtains in the rooms, so you hear the traffic from the highway all night long. I actually had to go and purchase some ear plugs because I was so sleep deprived. This is my only complaint besides the breakfast being expensive.
