Love staying here! All rooms are amazing .. the 2 bedroom was especially great with bedrooms at opposite ends of the room, high ceilings… studio was excellent as well! Would ask for felt pads under dining chairs though… typical to any apartments with cement floors you can, on occasion, hear them being moved but all in my favourite place to stay.

We stayed at Sonder the Craftsman for two days. The room was better than expected, extremely clean and spacious. It is located within walking distance of anything you might need. The only downside which is common in LA is it has no parking, this being a self serve hotel, there is also no valet parking. There are a couple overnight parking lots nearby you just have to make sure you get up before 10am to pay for another day.
Apart from that, checking in and out was a breeze, I forgot to pay for late check out beforehand and they were still able to accommodate us same day. Great stay overall!

A great place to stay for 10 days. Daily service and refillable basics. The king studio was very comfortable and so handy with a dishwasher washing machine and dryer. Staff and security were all lovely and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! It was our mine and my partners first time in LA so we searched all over the place for the perfect spot, it was indeed found!

We stayed for 7 nights, from the start to the finish it was a perfect stay! Staff were always very accommodating and helpful for anything we needed.

Room was exceptional and very comfortable bed, I note LA can be a noisy city at times but we had no complaints whatsoever.

We were nervous at first about the general reviews surrounding downtown and the hotels location but we had no trouble at all, as with any location just best to be aware of who is around you.

As LA is generally a VERY large city, it was a great spot to head in any direction to see all the sights and experiences we could.

Overall 10/10 stay and would choose again!

We stayed here after attending a concert at the Orpheum. The location was perfect as it's just around the corner from the venue. The room was very nice with a small kitchenette and a washer and dryer. Just a warning about the dishwasher, the door to it drops quickly and all the way to the floor. There's nothing to ease or slow it as it opens. It will happily land on your foot, and it's heavy. Hopefully, this saves the next person. Overall, very nice place, great location and the staff were very pleasant.

I must say after nearly 10 years of travel this is the best stay I’ve ever had, the price, convenience and impression upon entering the building and most importantly the unit itself was above my expectations.
It’s such a beautiful and new building that was so well thought out and designed, extremely cozy and spacious with tons of natural light and great amenities. It was not missing a single thing!
I actually did not want to leave. The cleanliness is impeccable and the small toiletries and coffee/tea and even Davines in the shower was impressive.
It felt like you had your own equipped studio in DTLA.

Amazing stay for good price. Room spacious and clean, size bigger than a studio. Very easy to communicate with receptionist and didn’t know there’s room cleaning just like a hotel. Couldn’t ask for more! The only downside is the location with lots of homeless people on the street, but they aren’t able to get into the building as the building is guarded with security and main entrance can only be opened with security code. Overall amazing stay!
