Posizione perfetta a 2 passi dalla mitica portaerei Midway SS e con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia di San Diego. Piscina con vista Skyline e illuminata di diversi colori in notturna. Camere ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. Colazione varia e abbondante, forse sarebbe necessario qualche posto a sedere in più. Consigliato!

Albergo strepitoso, moderno, ben curato, pulito, colazione ricca e abbondante, noi abbiamo scelto la camera con vista sulla porta aerei USS midway! Piscina con vista sui grattacieli mozzafiato! Assolutamente da riprovare!

Booked a king studio to celebrate my birthday in Downtown San Diego. James was so helpful and set up my bday experience for success by upgrading my room and extending my late check-out. Zach at the Rooftop Bar (5th floor) took good care of my group and I in the cabana. He saw that we were lost trying to find the sky lounge, and walked us to where we wanted to be, then ended up being our server, who took care of my birthday drink and was a good photographer with tips for the best background views . The cabanas are for groups of 5+ first come first served, but it was a Sunday so there were plenty options. A few fire pits to choose from, the cabanas had a heater above them and a couple TVs, so the girlies were kept warm and the guys were entertained while we all sat on the U-shaped sofa, enjoying cocktails/beers and share plates. There are a lot of places that are in good walking distance, but ubering cost us $8~10 to the other places we also wanted to visit.|Late check-out made it so I could enjoy the rooftop pool, and the weather was perfect that morning and day in San Diego. I missed complimentary breakfast by 15 minutes which was one thing I was bummed out about.|I would book here again or suggest it to any friends and family that want to visit or do a staycation.

The hotel is in an awesome location, close to the Bayfront and little Italy. There are many restaurants and bars in a close proximity. Room was a great size and clean! Ede from the housekeeping team kept our room spotless and comfortable during our stay

This hotel is our second home! We stayed at Residence Inn Bayfront for our honeymoon 2 yrs ago had such an incredible experience. We were looking at hotels in SD again this summer and thought about trying somewhere different and couldn't help but remember such a great time we had at Residence. We ended up calling Cassandra the Manager which I must say was a key person in us re booking again. She is incredibly friendly and professional while at the same time really accommodating. Re assured us and asnwered eveyone of our questions. We didn't expect much going back for the second time as we thought that the first time was our honeymoon and it couldn't be topped. But this second time surpassed our expectations. What a pleasurable and thrilling stay we had. It's like nothing had changed, Cassandra greeted us when we arrived and even had some goodies prepared for us. The room she had booked for us was amazing and met our needs. The breakfast team and especially (Lydia)!!! Is amazing. She is so kind and friendly. She made our stay feel like we were at home. I can talk about this place for days and highly recommend it to all. Spacious, Level 5 pool and views are amazing. We will not even consider another hotel even if it is free. Residence Inn Bayfront SD you've won us over. Until next time.

Rooms are neat and clean. Nice mini kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric range, and dishwasher. The standard Residence Inn but compact. Views of bay are lovely and it's within walking distance of a few of the San Diego sights and just a mile from the Zoo. Ruth's Chris is just a few blocks away. Rooftop bar is decent. It was a little cold for a swim in the rooftop pool. Front desk clerk was very helpful. A very nice place to stay! I gave the rooms 4 stars because of some wear and tear.

As an update, the USB ports weren't working and a light bulb was needed in the kitchen. It took less than five minutes for both items to be addressed. I was impressed. Really nice place to stay with great views of the bay!

I stayed here for work for a few days and I had a great time. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door, and the employee gave me a complete rundown of all the important info about breakfast, elevators, parking and all that. They even gave me a printout with the info, which was perfect for someone like me. The views were amazing, and it was right next to the Embarcadero with all the touristy things that come with that.

The room was great. Not too small, but not the biggest Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed in. On the city side view from the bedroom, you could see the planes landing and taking off from the airport, which was AWESOME. It was perfect for what I needed it for, and I didn’t spend much time in the room with the beautiful weather and perfect location. Oh and work, of course.

A huge bonus is the mobile key feature works in the hotel! I am the kind to constantly forget my card when I leave for a walk or just to enjoy the weather, and being able to use my phone in a pinch was nice. It’s much slower than having your card, but it works in all the places your card if you need it to.
