Albergo fuori dal centro di Colorado Springs ma vicinissimo alla air force academy. Camere discrete, bagno comodo, dotato di frigorifero e forno microonde . We have stayed at the Academy hotel, many times and have always had a pleasant visit. I love the fact that they have pet friendly rooms and they are always very clean. They have had some upgrades in the past and I really think they need to look into upgrading, their heating and cooling units in each room. Unfortunately ours was extremely loud last night. Neither hubby myself or the pup got much rest. The little tiny refrigerator also kept kicking on and off with a steady knock knock sound. Both of these were extremely distracting and annoying. The breakfast buffets have always been a treat but again unfortunately this morning was quite sad. The “egg lady” left before the buffet closed. We went at nine and there was not any bacon nor eggs. It’s just something we’ve enjoyed in the past and I know things change, but the nightly fee has gone up considerably so I would think they would still be able to serve bacon and eggs in their buffet. We will probably stay here again in the future because it’s a convenient stop for us. Hopefully they’ll make some more upgrades.

Great place to stay. Indoor pool was available until 10 PM, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. My only gripe is the way the breakfast is organized, you have to go up to the front desk to receive a plate, and then return your glasses to the staff afterwards, which I thought was a bit odd.

Nevertheless this place was pet and child friendly, and room service was nice. The location is alright, you’re about a 20 minute drive from all the tourist attractions, but there’s plenty of restaurants and fast food chains within walking distance. Great for the price! Very happy with this stay

Rooms have a wall unit for the a/c-heater. This hotel is not the best for ADA friendliness. I use a cane to get around. We reserved their conference room and had to walk up all of the steps - no alternative for it. Lots of steps everywhere but I was able to get by since they also have a big dining area with plenty of seating and an other area with couches to relax. The pool is right next to the dining area. There were a couple of mishaps but overall it went okay. Breakfast- see the hostess to scan your key card and they give you paper plates. Plastic ware is in the middle of the eating area. Fresh omelets were cooked. They offer cereal as well. Breads are to one side. You can make your own waffle. "Buffet style- eggs, potatoes..etc" . The Falcon Bar has great Bartenders and delicious food when it opens in the afternoon.

Rooms were, for the most part, very clean. There were some smudges that looked like they were from a child on the window, which didn't come from us, since we were 3 adults. They made a cute little rose with the toilet paper, the shower was nice! Staff was incredibly friendly, bar and restaurant was good, breakfast was good and it was very dose to a lot of other places! Could see the mountains from our room, despite not having paid extra for a room with a view. We would definitely stay here again!

We were turned away from another hotel for being 30 minutes late to check in so I had to find another hotel fast and we were so amazed the lobby was gorgeous the man at the front desk was amazing he bumped our room to deluxe no charge. room was spotless super comfortable bed one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and the price!!!! You couldn’t beat it!

The customer service here is amazing, the quality of the rooms leaves something to be desired.

I had an incredible experience getting checked in and checked out, and every staff person I interacted with was extraordinarily professional, especially at the front desk.

However, there was a giant dead bug in my room, and the drywall around the plumbing was just...open and unfinished. Such a strange choice for a glass sink! I'm guessing that's where the giant bug came from. The bathroom also had some other strange choices and like the walls of the shower weren't actually tile, they were a sheet of plastic that's sort of looked like tile, but it was bowed out and not professionally installed.

The bed was perfectly clean and crisp. The rest of the room was a little shabby but it was clear housekeeping was doing an excellent job.

There is a much lauded breakfast buffet, which I'm guessing is a huge assist to big families, but I think the average adult would find it to be cafeteria level food at best. Eating off styrofoam plates definitely takes it down a notch in terms of quality and experience, but the freshly made omelets are a delight. So is the conversation from the staff making them!

All of that being said, I would stay here again. It was convenient, relatively inexpensive, and the check-in and checkout processes were quick and painless.

I'm going to agree with other reviews here and say this place needed a renovation about a decade ago. The carpet is stained and old, the walls are a bit grubby, etc.

First of all, MICHELLE YOUR ROCK! Excellent customer service from the start to end. Our room was very nice and comfortable! Must have been since hubby did not make a peep! Loved the nice hot shower with plenty of pressure. Enjoyed the beautiful indoor pool lounge area with breakfast bar all in the open. Be sure to bring your key to the hostess to verify your free breakfast. We were also given a $10 meal voucher at their restaurant/bar. I will be sure to stay again in the future, especially after I read that there was a jacuzzi suite. I would have loved to soak. Many blessings for the remaining year!
