I would sooner sleep outside on the sidewalk than stay at this hotel again. About an hour into our stay I found a bed bug in my bed. Notified the front desk who refused to move me to a different room or give me any sort of refund/discount. Eventually he offered to call one of the people who had a reservation for that night who hadn't shown up yet and gave us a key to that room when the person was unresponsive. We moved all of our things into the other room just to find out the AC didn't work. Keep in mind this was during a heatwave and it was easily 90 degrees outside so the room was unbearably hot. We decided to move back to our original room despite the bed bugs in the hopes that we could still get some sleep. The next day I woke up with massive bites on my face and arms from the bed bugs. They also charged me $40 extra than was listed on expedia. This was easily the worst stay I've ever had and I've stayed at a lot of cheap/rundown hotels.

Was put up at the Super 8 on TDY orders at Peterson AFB. Rooms were clean and somewhat decent, but there was a weird smell like marijuana or something. Being in the military one cannot be around marijuana it is a no-no and smelling of it can jack up one's career. Went to my Commander and told him of the situation and didn't know what became of the complaint afterwards. Hope this place keeps pot smokers out of the building if they want military folks there. With that said.

Check in was easy, parking was abundant, and the location to most things like a convenience store, and a Domino's is great.

Desk person was nice, but the place is a split level...not handicap friendly AT ALL. One of my party has high difficulty with stairs....was not good, no way to avoid having to do steps...even to "ground floor".
Rooms are dirty and in disrepair. This is truly the WORST SUPER 8 I have EVER been in.

Managers were professional, efficient yet kind.
Rooms were clean.
Bathtub faucet was dripping,
we tried to fix it.

First the remote doesn't work so we have to get switched rooms, then in the morning as we are loading the car we noticed a bunch of nails in the parking lot only to come away with 3 nails in our tire.

Positive: Nothing it was the most horrible hotel I've ever stayed at Negative: It was dirty and run down and horrible neighborhood I was worried all night long if my bike was going to be fine in the morning

The room itself is decent and won't generally be a problem. Besides the shower it was disgusting.

However my door for some reason had issues that led to me being locked out of my room for some time. Some of the staff were nice however I went to a lady about the door and she did not want to give me a refund for the hotel's issues. She made fun of me too because she thought i was poor

Housekeepers also tried getting into my room despite me yelling twice that I was in the room.

I am definitely not going to a hotel that's under $80/night ever again, nor will I go to anything done by Wyndham.
