At this location you’re truly treated like family. The staff is the highlight of staying here. The rooms are squeaky clean and quiet. They make sure you never have any issues and are very quick to take action if something does arise. Danielle and Alicia go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of!

Upon entering the building there is a huge 10 commandments replica posted. We loved that. We were greeted by a very friendly young man at front desk. The breakfast looked to be very basic. Hot plates with eggs and sausage. Waffles, cereal, coffee. The price was good and I would stay again.

Very comfortable room. Staff are very friendly, make it personal, make an effort to know you. Maintenance very quick and efficient. I'm enjoying my stay here. I would recommend this West ESA above others because it's friendly. They do need to increase their cleanliness.

We had an amazing stay, it is coming to an end here soon and I am going to miss the staff here! Danielle and Okie were a great help throughout the stay as they were the 2 that I’ve encountered the most. But I can’t forget Oscar, Levi, and Alicia out. At night they were great when ever I was needing service.

If you’re traveling to Colorado Springs like I was for work, and looking for a comfortable and serene place to stay, do not hesitate to book your reservation here. My 4 - week stay was amazing, and one of my best - room features is the kitchenette which will put a smile on your face when you can make quick, delicious and healthy meals just like you were in the comfort of your home… only this time, you’re in beautiful Colorado Springs. The staff here are very friendly and kind, so… whether it’s work or leisure, you have a great place at this Extended Stay America, to kick back, relax and enjoy your stay.

I absolutely love these rooms! There's a kitchenette and plenty of space. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Alicia was very kind and promptly assisted me as soon as I stepped off the elevator. She was very polite and had a very warm vibe. 10/10!

If you come in with your expectations set at the appropriate level you'll be pleasantly surprised (hopefully) as this is definitely almost too well kept of a place to be an extended stay America. Really the staff is what has made the stay this pleasant. Alicia, Danielle and Sierra have always been very accommodating and helpful.

Cat and dog friendly- 25$ the first night and 10$ everyday after that. I am slightly disappointed that it keeps going forever even for longer stays but not a total deal breaker.

Sometimes I notice the hallways can get a bit on the messier side but I don't think they have had a full housekeeping crew. Laundry is expensive but not anymore than the local Laundromats, rooms are actually pretty well soundproofed, location is very very convenient.

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette. The woman at front desk, was amazing, really helpful and would put a smile on your face. Her name was Alicia, great hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and would tell my family and friends about this place.
