Matt the front desk clerk was amazing my booking had been messed up and when I came in explain the situation to him and immediately begin to correct the issue fix the booking faster than my third party that I booked at room through. And then went above and beyond and help me get a room closest to a door for my wife that had a hurt leg. Customer service is exceptional and above and beyond so I really want to recognize this guy for doing what he did can you fix my booking within 10 minutes Andy regardless in early in the morning. great job we need more people like this in this field of work.

An absolutely trash hotel. Beyond filthy. If I could give it zero stars I would. Checked in, dropped off my bags, went out for work, and when I returned and studied the room there were at least 3 live mice running around and mouse droppings everywhere. When I tried to change rooms, no one was at reception or picking up the phone so rather than sleeping in filth I was forced to make a reservation at another hotel. Days Inn refused to give a refund based on this. Would never recommend this rat-trap motel to even my worst enemy.

I ended up arriving a day early for my vacation. The customer service was exceptional about working with me to get fit in for a extra night. I was there for 7 nights. The room was so so but clean. It just needs updated. But for the price I couldn't complain. HOWEVER, my last 2 days there I had no cable to relax in the evenings with after site seeing all day nor any hot water to take a shower with. That was very upsetting to me.

The front desk was friendly, but the entire place was ready to fall down. I would guess it had some serious water damage possibly? I should have taken pics, there was packing tape holding up the wall paper, the sink linoleum, the glass patio doors, etc. I have literally never seen anything so weird. The 1st room the glass door (right out to parking lot) was smashed like someone tried to break in and they taped it back together. Moved to 2nd floor, not any better. Walls coming apart, with more tape. The bed was clean so we slept and gone. I wouldn't reccomend.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pictures on the website were misleading; the room we were given was in terrible condition. It had cigarette burns on the furniture, a filthy floor, and black mold in the bathroom. The overall state of the room felt more like a crack house than a reputable hotel. The furniture was broken and barely held together. I strongly believe that Wyndham should reconsider their affiliation with this property. I definitely do not recommend staying here

I will say this, if you are going to expect a great vacation stay, just get a better place. Unfortunately, too many homeless and addicts in and around the property. The rooms need to be remodeled and if they are going to allow people to smoke, build rooms that are equipped for smokers. Overall, my review is very low since I will not be staying at this place with my family anymore. I rather keep my family safe than risk an incident or health issue.

Positive: The Front Desk guy was so nice. Negative: The place was falling apart. Room was dirty. Carpet in room looked like a murder scene. Chair was broke. Microwave was disgusting dirty. Fridge was dirty. Towels were dingy and washcloth had mascara or makeup still on it. Mold on ceiling in bathroom.

5 stars because this place is absolutely nothing special. I was looking for a cheap hotel to stay in during my time off and this is exactly that. Breakfast has few options but they're all really good- waffles, oatmeal, cereal, english muffins & toast, juice and coffee, etc. Nobody has bothered us, and it seems like there's not much traffic on a Tuesday/Wednesday. The fact that the hotel is so small in size is definitely a plus: no long walks to and from your room. If you're wondering, you may check in between the ages of 18 & 21, which we had trouble finding in the area. Also, the water runs hot and clean, and the AC works great. I will say that this building has clearly seen better days: the door to our room requires some convincing to get open. The pool is also not in service in July, but for a simple, no bells & whistles hotel stay, I really have no gripe with this place. If you're like me and have low standards and a thin wallet this is the hotel for you.
