As Missourians, we've stayed at lots of Drury Inns, often for an extended stay like this five night visit to Colorado Springs. This was truly one of the best run and well-maintained hotels we've been to! We were amazed at how kind, helpful, and courteous every single employee was. Especially the busy folks at the breakfast and evening Kickback area. They were always prompt, kept things clean and well-stocked, and were incredibly kind. Every single morning and evening there was an assistant manager or manager walking around checking on guests and making sure everything was okay. We were truly impressed with the quality of customer service at this particular hotel. For example: in the pool area, which we visited every single day, someone was meticulously paying attention to the details by having plenty of towels available, making sure the area was constantly in perfect shape, and even rolling up towels and arranging them in cute little bundles at all of the chairs and small tables. We were truly impressed buy everything throughout our entire stay, and are hoping we get to come back next year!

We spent one night at the Drury Inn. We were at the Drury Inn Orlando before and enjoyed both our stays very much. The location is right off the I-25 highway and there is a gas station nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were looking forward to staying here again.||We had a fridge and microwave in the room. The room was clean and comfy and the bed was also quite nice.||We took advantage of the included snack buffet (5:30 KICKBACK®) in the early evening that included chicken noodle soup, hot dogs, salad and BBQ pulled pork with buns and mac and cheese. There are a few pictures on the official hotel website that depict the menu accurately. Sadly, the cherry tomatoes were gone quickly and I was told they were out after that.||The breakfast was pretty standard with oatmeal, cereal, scrambled eggs, buttermilk biscuits, sausage, toast and the usual packages with peanut butter, strawberry jam, or cream cheese. They had fruit and blueberry muffins. There was a lot of seating available in the dining area, probably more space than in the other hotels we stayed at. My recent stay at the Drury Inn & Suites near the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs was fantastic, especially given the unbeatable location. The hotel is perfectly situated for anyone visiting the academy – just a short drive away, with easy access to some of the best views of the Rockies. I was thrilled to find such a convenient spot close to everything I wanted to see.

From the start, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff was genuinely helpful, giving tips on nearby places to explore. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a view of the mountains that made waking up each morning a pleasure. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the in-room microwave and fridge, which added to the convenience.

One of the highlights was the evening Kickback reception, where I enjoyed complimentary hot food and drinks – such a nice way to unwind after a day out. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of fresh options, and the staff kept everything well stocked.

For anyone planning to visit the academy or simply explore Colorado Springs, I highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites. It combines a prime location, thoughtful amenities, and welcoming service – I’ll absolutely be staying here again if I'm in the area. I loved it.

Customer service and an amazing supper experience! We were visiting the area to see the Garden of the Gods and spend a day at the waterpark at Great Wolf Lodge. Based on its location and reviews we chose this brand hotel. Wow what a fantastic stay. Hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the customer service is top notch. All staff we interacted were great. The cherry on top was the nice spread they put out at supper time. Nice selection of food for everyone. Well done, we will stay at this location again and for sure stay at the Drury brand hotels any chance we get.

I visited a cousin staying at Drury Inn and Suites in Colorado Springs, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The washroom was spotless, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. I also appreciated the convenient amenities and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Check in went very smoothly, our room was ready when we arrived. The dinning room staff were always clearing tables and refilling food items.| The location was good. If we return we would stay again!

It’s the perfect location for a trip out to USAFA. The amenities are great, so long as you’re going to use them (breakfast and dinner every day was available, we didn’t eat out but one time).||Wife said the pool was nice, work out room was smallish but workable.||What really set it apart was the staff. Didn’t have one interaction that wasn’t great. Jack was a highlight, enthusiastically inquiring about my day as he made a fantastic Cuba Libre for me each evening. ||Look forward to staying again on my next trip to visit the Air Force Academy.

We stayed here for 2 days and our stay was amazing. They had complimentary breakfast and dinner included with the price of the room. The breakfast was nice and had variety (cold and hot foods). The dinner was good as well. The rooms were spacious, sound-proof and clean. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the other amenities (e.g. complimentary popcorn). The hotel also has a laundry room, where you have to pay for your laundry. The parking is safe and the location is great! We loved it here! 🙂
