I was disappointed with the rooms here. The lobby is super nice, and the photos online were as well. However the room felt dirty. It was very dusty all around, the bathroom is so outdated and falling apart. The chairs had stains, as did the carpet. This place needs some serious TLC. The price I payed for two nights was $564. Super steep for the hotel itself. Although the staff was super nice, I won’t be staying here again.

The girl who checked us in was very friendly. The room, while nice, had problems. The dresser in the bedroom blocked the door from closing. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower dispenser, and no trash can by the toilet for feminine products. The walls in the bedroom had been painted, except for a large area under a picture that still had painter tape on it. Realized in the morning that they window had been cracked open. I tried to close it, but it was stuck.

The hotel is a little dated and the room I stayed in had a tub that drained slow. The AC worked great which was nice since the temperature was well over a hundred degrees every day. The breakfast was good, they have a breakfast taco bar with eggs and assorted meats and the fixings,however they only have waffles on the weekend. I talked to several people that were disappointed they didn’t have waffles like many of the other hotels. I stayed for an extended length of time and the breakfast options got a little mundane because it was the same thing every single day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My regular hotel was booked full but this was a good secondary place to stay.

From the moment we entered the parking lot I was pleased, once I entered the lobby I was kindly greeted by the front desk lady and was getting checked in rather quickly, poor thing Hilton had a new system and it kept kicking her out trying to get all our info put in but she was so kind and apologizing. We got checked in and to the room which was a double queen suite which was so nice and perfect. I couldn’t believe it had a dishwasher in it lol. The next morning we had complimentary breakfast which was really good too, breakfast burritos you fixed yourself just how you like them, fruit, bagels, eggs, potatoes and the normal hotel breakfast items. I highly recommend this hotel and if we are ever this way again we WILL be back!!!

Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. A/C was cold and hot water was abundant.

There was some minor wear on furniture and carpet in our room. This did not take away from the comfort and overall experience.

Parking can be a challenge for big cars/trucks, but not impossible. There is a large adjoining lot next door at Chuk Cheez pizza.

Also at this hotel, Pet Friendly does include Cats.

The rooms were okay. The living space is very small, same with the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was low-class, no waffles. Very disappointing.

The staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was ok.
My only complaints were the bed and hot water. The bed was very noisy. I toss and turn alot so it was annoying. The hot water in the shower did not get hot! I like hot showers. It was more lukewarm.

Overall not bad. I would stay again.

I will start by saying the staff members I spoke with before 10pm last night was very helpful and kind. I called to let them know we booked an additional night because our VIP band members that are on tour would be there later than the normal check in but would need to get in the room early this morning. The gentleman stated it wouldn't be a problem for us to arrive around 6:00am and he would let the night shift person aware of the situation and the rooms would be ready and available.

The staff member that was there early this morning (night shift) when I arrived was the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered! We book at a LOT of Hilton's and have never encountered the issues we did with this woman! The entire process at this hotel was absolutely absurd! So alarming that I'll seriously have to evaluate booking at another Hilton brand hotel! She canceled one of the rooms which kept one of our VIP band members from being able to rest up before the show tonight. She was also adamant that there had to be a separate name on the second room. None of our stars EVER give their names for the rooms. It's to protect them and their identity from the public, so they may have a safe, restful and enjoyable stay at your hotel. The VIP that was there checking in this morning, had me on the phone as he was attempting to have a seamless check in (as we typically do) that goes by "Hitman", Mr. Slezak, had no problem showing his ID or giving his AMEX card which we use on all hotel stays was embarrassed because the rooms were not ready and the woman made such a huge ordeal over the names on the room. This is a perfect example of why we ALWAYS prepay for the rooms so our VIP band members have a seamless check in.

One more thing…when the dayshift person came in and my VIP band member had returned to the breakfast area to eat before going to bed, she said to the night shift “Is he really supposed to be in here eating?” Excuse me but my VIP band member is a guest and should not have been treated this way by rather of the staff members.

I seriously cannot believe how my VIP's were treated!
