I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was far from the experience I expected, especially considering the high room rate of over 4000. For that price, I anticipated a premium experience, but the quality felt like it wasn’t even worth 1500.

First off, they’ve eliminated a traditional reception desk and opted for a virtual receptionist. This might be aimed at cost-cutting, but it takes away from the guest experience entirely. The security guard was doing the work of a receptionist, which led to confusion and delayed check-ins. It felt unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Additionally, basic amenities like moisturizer, shampoo, and body wash weren’t provided. At this price point, these are standard items that guests expect, and their absence was disappointing. It felt like the management was cutting corners at every turn, focusing more on saving money than on guest satisfaction.

Overall, this stay was not worth the high cost, and I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

The hotel is located at a great location and is accessible to some popular places in Indiranagar. Also, the rooms and washrooms are clean.

But that’s where the good experience stops. First, the room service people broke my bag and claimed not to take responsibility for it. Then the TV at night didn’t work as the remote was unavailable and the staff simply said remotes are unavailable and we won’t be able to help. And adding to the negative experience, the WiFi just didn’t login and the reception people couldn’t help me with it.

My suggestion - look out for better hotels, which should be easily available.

The infra and rooms are great, but the service can be a whole lot better and that’s a disappointing 1 star review.

I recently stayed at Olive Indiranagar in Bangalore, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I checked in, the service left much to be desired. A basic request like getting a towel for my room took multiple calls to the front desk, and even then, it took far longer than it should have for something so simple to be provided.

The reception staff was particularly unfriendly and showed no willingness to assist with even the most basic requests. I had asked for a room extension, which was denied without any reasonable explanation. Similarly, I needed an early check-out, but that too was met with resistance and a rather abrupt, almost rude, response. What added to the frustration was the fact that they didn’t accept card payments, which is highly inconvenient.

Throughout my stay, the reception staff seemed completely disinterested in guest satisfaction, communicating in a monotonous and unhelpful tone. The overall experience was far from the kind of hospitality you would expect, and at no point did they make me feel like a valued guest.

What’s particularly disappointing is that I’ve stayed at other locations managed by Olive, and they’ve always been pleasant. However, this Indiranagar location was a complete letdown in comparison. It’s clear that this particular branch lacks the attention to detail and customer service standards that the brand is known for.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially when there are so many better options in the area. The lack of responsiveness, coupled with unprofessional service, makes it hard to justify staying here again.

I was staying there for four days from 30th Oct to 3rd Nov 2024. They allotted me a room at G/F but the a/c was not working and had lot discomfort the whole night. Then they shifted me to a room no 304. Againn A/c was not working, I again complained it to one guy SHIVA, who said he was the General Manager and every time he promised that it will be corrected but it never happened. All the days we were without a/c. On the last day one boy at reception said Oh you never told me I could have repaired it, tbut the a/c right in front of him was not working, these fellows are bluffmasters and cheats. I am a senior citizen 75 years age and my wife too an old lady of 74 years. worst kind of service by desk and the General Manager. Cleaning staff good.

Worst service ever. Geyser was not working. When asked they said they will change the room. They came of with a key of another room, which was not opening the room, tried again with another key still the same. Internet was not working in rooms when enequired they said internet is down for the 2 days. Hopefully it will be recovered in two days. My stay was 5 days, there was no interenet for 3 days. There is no car parking as well. You have to park the car on road, for which they dont assure for the safety. Finally i was not able to open my room with the key given on 4th day, they also tried they couldn't. I just left the room for a while making them to try opening. After some time they opened the door and waited for me. Totally it was unpleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The toiletries were out of stock, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the room did not have a fan, and the air conditioning was not cool enough to provide a comfortable environment. Overall, these issues made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Ok hands down one of the best hotels in Indiranagar or Bangalore City in this price range. Excellent service, super clean rooms, and so many restaurants around. Full recommendation either you are alone or with family.
