We had a comfortable 2 night stay at this hotel. It is a relatively new property and the rooms appear well maintained. The rooms are sufficient in size and don't feel crammed. The furniture is modern, linen is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. The AC in the room wasn't cooling much and this can be a real problem during the warm summer months. A proper reception with staff present 24x7 and a restaurant serving breakfast are a few things which were missing. The location is great as it is right on the main road with a bus stop just outside. There are many restaurants in the area and food delivery is very convenient. Overall, it was a value for money stay for us.

The property lacks the basics. One while the rooms are fine, the bathrooms are tiny. The room service team always failed on keeping two towels and replacing water bottles. Dental kits etc were kept only on request, even on day 1. The worst part is that the rooms doesn't have intercoms, you'll have a scan a QR code and then select on what you want. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant of its own. One of the days the room service guys locked the door of the bathroom so fast, the door locked itself and without an intercom, had to go down to the reception to get someone up as the QR code option doesn't have problems like this and resolution time was 30 mins on the app and this couldn't wait that long. There is no space for car parking.

Cons:

1.Wifi access was not readily available. It was only provided after multiple requests.
2.Early check-in in urgent situations was not possible. Guests had to contact a virtual receptionist, and the reception staff often confused them with numerous questions.
3.Hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent. After about 5 minutes of showering, the water turned cold.
4.No toiletries were provided initially. Only after repeated requests was a single soap provided.
5.Rooms lacked a landline connection. Guests had to either go to the reception to contact room service or use a QR code, which often did not function correctly.
6.The breakfast menu was limited. It typically consisted of only one main dish and some fruit, and the staff in the breakfast area were not particularly welcoming.
7.If guests forgot their room key inside, they faced inconvenience. They had to return to the reception and explain the situation to have the door re-opened.
8.The room walls were poorly insulated. They were likely constructed with lightweight materials, allowing noise from adjacent rooms to be easily heard.

Pros:

1.The hotel's location is convenient. A bus stop is situated directly in front, making it easy for guests to commute.

2. If you just staying for sometime, then its the great place to stay.

Had a good experience at this hotel. Stayed here for 2 weeks and the staff is very polite & helpful. The room service is quick and the breakfast provided is somewhat fine. Local transportation is also available nearby and cab service is provided by various cab aggregators. Check-in and check-out was too smooth and hassle free.

The location is unbeatable, with convenient access to local transportation and a Reliance Mart just across the street, which was a great bonus. One of the highlights was the variety of amenities available, including foosball, yoga sessions, and table tennis, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Considering the level of service and the facilities offered at such an affordable price, I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The stay itself is fine, but the breakfast is definitely not worth the price—certainly not even 50 bucks. There are very few options, and the food is cold. When I asked Chef Chandan to prepare a fresh tea, since the one in the thermos was at room temperature, he was extremely rude. He simply reheated the tea, refused to fulfill my request, and told me to complain to management if I was unhappy. It was a very disappointing experience.

Stayed there for week. Rooms are good and spacious adequate furnitures are there in room two people can work. Wifi connection is good only issue is there is cap of 4 gb per day. After that speed gets reduced.
Room service is also good.
Overall i would recommend this hotel for family, business travel and people who want to work while staying in the room.
