I wish I could write a better review because the hotel is cute and has a lot going for it. Its rooms felt like little bungalows. The room was comfortable but felt like it hadn't been cleaned well. The soap holder in the shower hadn't been touched and had scum and mold on it. Several of the hand towels were stained to the point we did not feel comfortable using them. And the connection to the cable for our TV wasn't connected, so we had to move the cabinet the TV was on and figure out how to connect it ourselves. The body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were all almost empty. So it just felt like enough attention hadn't been paid to the care of the room before opening it to guests.||There is also a problem I have every time I visit a Marriott, and I don't know whether it's a Marriott issue or a Samsung issue, but I always get an error when I try to connect to the Internet. Instead of getting the log-in splash page, I get an error screen. So I had no wi-fi. But I also admittedly did not voice this complaint to the staff, so that's on me. But I have no issues accessing any other splash pages at other hotels or venues, so I do wish Marriott would figure out how to correct that error.||In spite of the above complaints, the room and bed were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The hotel was just a short drive to and from Disneyland. The breakfast was ample and good, and there was plenty of seating room. The staff was pleasant.||We did have a brief amenities charge on our card of about $300. It was refunded, but that still seemed like a lot. I can't remember any hotel I've stayed at that precharged that much, and it was inconvenient for that much to be charged.||This hotel could easily get a five-star review from me if they pay attention to the issues I've laid out here because it really is a cute hotel.

The quality of the rooms varies significantly. Some are very old with broken amenities, while others have been newly renovated and are in much better condition.

The breakfast offerings are quite poor, though the coffee is excellent, which is a positive aspect.

Depending on the room location, noise from the highway can be quite disruptive. If you don't mind the noise, it might be acceptable. (i dint friend did)

The staff is very kind and accommodating, which is greatly appreciated.

3/5 will look for other place to stay next time.

So my family and I had two rooms from 8/1/2024 to 8/7/2024, one room was a regular king room, and the other was a handicapped accessible room.

Check in: When we went to check in, we were disappointed to find out that we didn't have 2 handicap rooms even though that's what we had asked for. My Mom is disabled and I had just had back surgery June 24th, 2024 and they couldn't accommodate two accessible rooms because they were pretty much completely booked. Also, we had to pay to park, and if you don't sign up for their rewards, you don't get free wifi. My Dad and I were very upset at all these random charges that we knew nothing about because we booked through a travel group. The people at the front desk, though apologetic and nice, couldn't help us by getting another shower chair for the regular room because they didn't have any spare. My Dad and I were trying to decide if it was worth staying in this hotel during the entire trip, but we were tired after a long travel day, and decided to stay the night. Again though, the people at the front desk were very nice, infact, everyone who worked there were very nice and helped if they could.

The rooms: my parents were kind enough to let me take the handicap room. And it was the first stop, so we dropped off my stuff and I did a quick glance, not too shabby. There was a kitchen, and a nice big room, but the shower chair didn't really fit too well in the shower. Honestly I think hotels should just put bars and adjustable shower heads in in each bathroom because those were so helpful for me. My parents room had a couch that didn't fave the TV, but the bed did and let me tell you, their bed was so much more comfortable! I don't know if it's because the bed in my room was firmer because of the people who were handicapped or if they just needed a new bed but my goodness, the bed seemed so much softer in their room. There were a lot of gnats flying around in both rooms, it seemed like more in my parents room then mine, and the Flys that were outside, flew inside as soon as they could, it was like a game for them it seemed lol. We stayed the night, and decided since it was already paid for that we would just stay the rest of the trip. It was honestly my first time in a hotel with a full kitchen. For noise, I was on the bottom floor, same with my parents, and each room above us seemed to be holding some kind of sport. I swear the little kids above me were racing across the room, and playing jump rope. I couldn't hear the neighbors next door at all, but people going up and down the stairs and the room above me was terrible. It wouldn't stop until about 11:30 or Midnight. Other then that, yeah there were some scuff marks or a little wear and tear, but the rooms were good.

Complimentary Breakfast: it was good, there was a lot of hot food, and also muffins and cereal. Definitely worth it.

All in all, this was a great place to stay. The only issue is how expensive everything was. California has gotten. So expensive, so when we went out to dinner or even just get lunch (I did have to get my fix for Jamba Juice while I was there...and they were $10.50! The last time I bought a jamba juice I think it was $8 something. We ended up going out to dinner 3 or 4 times and also went to lunch 2 or 3 times. I tried to figure out if it was more expensive staying at a cheaper hotel but going to get food every day, at least two times a day(if the cheaper hotel had complementary breakfast or if there was a fridge and microwave in said cheaper hotel) or staying at this place, going to the grocery store and having food every day if wanted. I suppose it depends on pricing of hotel, because absolutely going out to eat will remain expensive...as it's California lol. Who knows...but I would stay here again I think since we have the reward program thing already...and I'm not sure how much it was to pay yo park, but it's per vehicle, per night. I'd definitely want the same bed my parents had, but the bathroom for those with disabilities.

Also, when they cut the plants back, they smelled like Marijuana lol.

I have a mixed review of this hotel (and possibly Marriott in general). I had a very nice stay here in June. So was looking forward to our extended stay here again in July/August. But due to the Microsoft outage they told me they couldn't run my credit card and needed to copy it. I wasn't comfortable with that. Despite entering my CC info online when I made the reservation, they tried to insist on getting my card info. I assured them I would come down as soon as their system was up; and at first, it seemed like they were willing, and gave me keys. Then they called me back and told me I'd have to give them $1000 cash to cover the first week. I don't carry that kind of cash. (Who does, except maybe actual criminals.) I tried to offer the $100 I did have, until I could get to a bank, but they refused to work with me at all. As a result they lost out on a $3000 stay b/c I had to go to a different hotel. And depending on how Marriott corporate responds, they may have lost me altogether as a future customer.

Pros... We had a room with a loft, so there was a lot of space. 3 beds plus a pull out sofa. Decent size kitchen with full-size appliances with ice maker in the fridge. Allows pets with a deposit. 5 minutes from grocery stores and places to eat.
Cons... Location is not the nicest. Surrounded by businesses. Place smelled musty, and you can tell people smoked in the room. The bathtub floors were stained. We ended up scrubbing one of them in order to take a shower. Bathrooms need updating.

This was our 3rd stay in this quiet hotel. Being in a business area the hotel has a very quiet surroundings even it's quiet close to ever flowing free way. We stayed in a suite with a king-size bed with attached bathroom another queen size bed in the loft also with attached bathroom. And a sofa cum bed ? in the living room with a full kitchen. I liked this hotel. A simplistic layout with four rooms in each villa type building. Only the first floor rooms have beds ? in lofts. Beautiful pathways in between lined with colorful flowers and shrubs. Ample of parking. Complimentary breakfast near reception area. A dedicated smoking area and also you can smoke anywhere outside. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils and cutlery. A swimming ?‍♂️ pool. All restaurants and eateries are nearby about 5 to 10 mins drive. Helpful staff including house keeping. Clean rooms and bathrooms ? Reasonable tariff. All in all a good budget Beautiful hotel if you are looking for long quiet stay with a kitchen. We were there for 10 days and this was our 3rd stay here. We liked this place.?

We have stayed here quite a few times, but this time was truly the best experience we've ever had. The rooms are redone and I love that the floors are now a solid surface, rather than carpeting. So perfect if you're bringing your little fur-baby. The grounds are manicured beautifully and add to the restful ambience. The breakfast room is quite nice, with all kinds of good eats to get your day started. This location is walking distance to The Bruery (for a beer or two) and a Jack in the Box as well. We can't recommend a stay here enough! It is easy driving to Disneyland if you're on your way to the Magic Kingdom! And if you're visiting your student at Cal Fullerton, it's very close too.
