Alex did a great job creating custom railings we needed for our new side porch. The design of the railings coordinate with the existing railings we have on our back patio. Alex also, repaired two pieces of wrought iron patio furniture for us. He did a custom job. I would recommend AF Welding LLC for interior or exterior work.

The legs on one of the nice iron railings, on the front stairs of our home, rusted and fell off. I called several welding companies for estimates, but was most impressed with the owner of AF Welding when I spoke with him on the phone. Alex not only responded in a timely fashion to the message I left, but was pleasant and professional.
Per his instructions I emailed him some photos of the stairs and the broken railing. He called me back and said he could repair the railing and replace it in the cement stairs, and quoted a price I felt was very fair.
I paid him a deposit over the phone and Alex and his assistant came out on the day and time he said they would, made the repairs beautifully, and cleaned up after themselves.
When all was done I asked Alex's advice about how to keep the matching railing from similar damage, and he said that when he returns to take the braces off the railing (once the cement dries) that he would do some preventive work around the legs of the still good railing. I asked the price for this and Alex said it was free of charge, and that he had planned to do it anyway upon his return.
Alex is not only competent, polite and friendly, but also kind and generous. I highly recommend him for any welding work anyone may need done. I will certainly hire him again if needed.

We had a custom project to execute, with very specific requirements and Alex of AF Welding did a perfect job. He was professional and responsive in his communications - always answered our calls/text messages very quickly. He visited our site to make sure he knew exactly what we needed and offered some material alternatives we hadn't thought of (we were originally going to go with sand-blasted aluminum but he suggested powder coated steel, which turned out to be a better idea). He delivered on time and it has now been several months since we put it into service and it has performed perfectly - will likely last 100 years. Thank you Alex! We highly recommend AF Welding.

Great Place, Alex is amazing and does amazing work. I had needed some stuff done on a motorcycle trailer project and he did an awesome job at a great price. was very informative about what he was doing and sent pictures of his work before I picked it back up. Will definitely go back to AF welding for my welding needs.
