I honestly can't thank Nicol enough for helping me and my family through everything after losing our son. She made everything so much easier during the hardest time in our lives. She took a massive strain off our shoulders and once he was in her care, I felt a massive relief and knew he was going to be looked after. From our first meeting, all the way through she kept us updated and helped us feel comfort knowing he was going to have the best send off. Nicol and Lisa made our baby boys day so special, and us as a family can never repay what they done for us.

Losing my mum was devastating, leaving me all at sea and unable to think clearly. From the start, Nichol was so reassuring, with just the right kind of personal approach. I felt that Mum was in competent hands, and Nichol kept me informed at every stage. She also recommended Lisa, an excellent celebrant, who spent time with us, getting to know about Mum and, again, had just the right approach, ensuring that Mum's life and character were accurately portrayed and commemorated. Nichol at A.F Whites was brilliant we could not have found a better person to look after our Grandad, her care, compassion and attention to detail was incredible, after only one meeting she put me & the family at ease which made this very sad time a lot easier to deal with.
The cost of the Funeral was also very reasonable and without any pressure to upgrade or add on. I would recommend this Funeral Service they were fantastic.

Brilliant service delivered by Nicol at AF Whites. We were treated with kindness and compassion throughout the whole process. Nicol was very interested in my deceased dad’s interests and as a result would sing his favourite songs to him when she was attending to him which was very comforting for us. Nicol helped us through each stage of the arrangements, never tried to sell anything to do us, but would advise what was on offer from pall bearers to flowers to transport. Nicole has a very friendly and warm personality ad made the whole process easy for us to navigate. I could not recommend AF whites and higher than I already do. Considering how much other companies charge for their services I a surprised at how competitive there prices are. We didn’t have to worry about the cost of the funeral because their charges are very reasonable and my dad had a beautiful coffin. Just to add, when reading other funeral sites I came across the cost of embalming. I spoke to AF whites about their embalming charges and they informed me that not every deceased person needs embalming. This is when I knew they were for us, as they could have charged us for something that wasn’t required.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care for my mum during her time at A.F Whites funeral services. From the first call to arrange her funeral, to bringing her ashes home to us and everything in between, the service received was exemplary. It couldn’t have gone any smoother at the most difficult time of our lives, and they kept in touch every step of the way. The kindness and compassion we received will stick with me for a very long time. Thank you so much to everyone there, and a special thank you to Nichol for arranging everything from start to finish. We will be forever grateful.

During this difficult time for me and my partner losing our mum Nichol took all the stress away with the way she dealt with everything. Nichol kept us up to date with all the arrangements and for this we are very greatfull.
