I stayed in this hotel on 18th Sep'23. First of all reaching the facility was a big task due to bad weather, as it quiet far from Milan central. When I reached, my experience was really bad. More than half of the things were not working including Wifi, TV remote, shower cabin, bathroom lights, water taps. When I have honest rating on Booking.com the hotel guy started threatening me on WhatsApp. I am attaching all the screenshots here. When he could not falsify my points, he started abusing my country. This kind of behavior is really bad and disappointing. I don't know how they exist. Please never book this hotel, else you will suffer later. You can clearly refer our conversation in the WhatsApp screenshots attached here. I was polite in the whole conversation but how started abusing me and my country and then blocked me.

. Al nostro arrivo non ci era stata fornita l’email per effettuare il ceck-in online e ricevere tutte le istruzioni per entrare all’interno dell’appartamento considerando che non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci . Subito dopo il nostro accesso vengo a conoscenza che la nostra camera avesse il bagno esterno quindi ogni volta che dovevo usufruire dei servizi igienici dovevo uscire dalla camera per entrare in un altra, cosa che non mi è stata assolutamente detta altrimenti non avrei proprio prenotato. Durante il soggiorno sulle informazioni c’era scritto che le donne delle pulizie sarebbero passate ogni 3 giorni, io ho soggiornato per 4 giorni e di donne delle pulizie non ho visto neanche l’ombra. Nel mini frigo non c’era neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua ed erano stata posizionate su una scrivania quattro misera brioscine, che non erano neanche sufficiente a far colazione per tutti i giorni considerando che eravamo in tre. Non ci tornerò più questo è sicuro.

B&Basta... 3 capsule di caffè per 4 giorni e per due persone di cui due già usate da altre persone, neanche un biscotto e nessuna convenzione con un bar, affisso un foglio che diceva del ritiro immondizia ogni giorno invece non è mai stata ritirata, asciugamani mai cambiati e camera mai pulita e sistemata! Abbiamo detto più volte che avevamo un bambino piccolo e non c'è stata nessuna accortezza né frigorifero né un asciugamano in più! Al momento della prenotazione tanta disponibilità ma una volta pagato (tassativamente prima e senza rimborso) arrivederci e grazie! A mai più

Indescrivibile, ti fanno pagare anche per la prima colazione e nn trovi neanche un biscotto.
Pulizia deludente, scortesia della signora delle pulizia e nn aggiungo altro.
Lo sconsiglio vivamente
