Bellissimo casale nella campagna Toscana, il nostro appartamento (Rossini) curato nei minimi dettagli, ampio, pulitissimo e con una vista meravigliosa. ||La struttura offre ampio spazio dove poter mangiare all'aperto, un bel prato per prendere il sole, piscina, bbq.||Ottima posizione per raggiungere alcune mete toscane come Pistoia, Prato, Collodi, Lucca, Montecatini.

We were very disappointed with Barbara when we arrived. It took an hour to get hold of her and when we finally got to the resort, with 40 degrees, she said she had never heard of us. First almost acting as if it was our fault, even though we showed our confirmation of airbnb. She said it was fully booked and offered us to stay somewhere else, which was nothing compared to what we booked and what we wanted our holiday to be like. We then contacted airbnb who kindly helped us try to find another holiday house, while Barbra drove to another campus resort, leaving us to find a solution to a problem she caused. When she returned, she quickly apologised but still didn't accept responsibly for her mistake, saying she didn't receive emails because she was on 'holiday' - not an excuse if you are an airbnb host.

Made a reservation in advance on Airbnb, paid instantly, sent a message to the host, nobody answered. Travelled tousand of km to the acommodation, plan everything based on that…in order to areive at yhe gate and to be all closed and nobody to answer. Called the host, but the number provided by them on Airbnb was not in service. Found a plate with a number at the gate from a different business and they’ve been surprised that we have a booking there, because it’s all full. We drives until that place, a guy managed after several phones to reach the host Barbara and she laughed and said that she’s sorry and can do nothing, she’s at the seaside in holiday. She argued with me why I didn’t call after the reservation(even if her phone number was wrong). 6 PM somewhere in Italy and we tried to find another booking, money paid in advance and blocked, Airbnb couldn’t reach her in the next 24 hours. Horrible experience…
Given that the host replied, I attach the prove that you don’t care and didn’t even bother to reply to our message. Airbnb cancelled because you don’t answer for 24 hours. Probably you’ve been busy getting some tan on your holiday. In the meantime you’ve ruined ours. Admit your mistake and don’t repet it!

Worst experience ever, booked weeks in advanced, arrived there, no one around. The number they provided was wrong, ended up with a neighbor who did not speak english trying to contact the owner who was on holiday, when we finally reached her she was just laughing saying she was on vacation and has no idea she had reservations because it was already fully booked. A night at the police to file a complaint and money wasted. Worst experience of my life. Should be illegal for them to host customers.

We recorded the call with the owner by the way, for the police. They did nothing and it took us 3 days and 10 different people from Air bnb to work it out and get our money back because the owner was unreachable by phone or email. Keep away from this place at all means!

Lovely countryside setting with vineyards and surrounding mountains the facilities are good with a pool and basketball and ping pong tables, the home is a reasonably short drive from Pisa, Luca , Pistoia , Florence and if you were willing to go further the park Cinque Terre and sienna. The staff were also great making the process of checking in very easy (offered drinks on arrival and given gifts of local chianti and olive oil)

This property is also known as Fattoria Stabene.||||We visited the property in August 2012 as 3 families (6 adults and 6 children). The large house is split into 3 appartments and if you book all three then there is a large shared kitchen/sitting room with everyone can access. The arangement is perfect, each family had their own front door but the house is in its own private and gated grounds so it was very secluded and safe for us and the children.||||We rearranged the outdoor furniture to suit us and it was perfect, the kids would all go to bed in the evening and we could sit outside on the large patio eating, chatting and relaxing until the wee hours of the morning knowing they were all safe upstairs.||||The appartments are all very tastefully and comfortably furnished and the views of the rolling Tuscan hills from upstairs are just stunning. The swimming pool is a short walk over a small ridge which kept us from being too lazy and the owner allowed all the inflatables for the children.||||The owner lives in a house just up the hill and was very helpful to us if we needed anything, otherwise he kept himself to himself.||||Pistoia and some of the spa towns like Montesumo Terme are within a short distance, and Florence is worth a day trip, stunning in every way.
