I can't say enough, this is the best experience my husband and I have had when renting lodging for our trips. The apartment was beautifully updated by the owners, and the attention to detail was very impressive. Our apartment was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping. The best part, however was spending time with the owners. Giedre and her husband have put their hearts into Cadepulan, and it shows. They are both so kind and welcoming. We have found new friends and plan on returning to this beautiful place again. Five stars are not enough.

Our stay in Cadepulan was the highlight of our Italian vacation. The house itself was excellent - an old house retaining all it's antique charm with the interior renovated in a clean modern style. Our apartment was very nicely furnished, immaculately clean, and had a well equipped kitchen and everything else you're likely to need. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but only a short walk from a grocery store, shopping center, bars, and pizza shops. It's also a 10 minute walk to a ferry terminal, then a 10 minute ride to Como city. This is really convenient, since parking in Como is difficult unless you arrive very early.

The real treasure of this house, however, is the host - Giedre. She is the friendliest, most welcoming, most helpful host we have encountered in 15 years of renting houses and apartments for vacation stays. I believe she truly finds joy in making sure her guests are well cared for, treating them like friends. She had many helpful suggestions about things to do - and equally important, not to do. As other reviewers have noted, she brought us freshly cooked treats daily - all excellent. And almost every day we were treated to her extraordinary thoughtfulness. She suggested we take the ferry to Como, consulted the schedule, then insisted on driving us to the ferry stop so we wouldn't have a long wait. Later, we needed to buy a small suitcase. She suggested a store, then said she would be there that day and would see what they had. When we came home that evening, she presented us with two suitcases that she bought, so we could pay her for whichever one we liked, and she would return the other! (Or if we didn't want either, no problem). Although we didn't see much of her husband Michele, he was also a gem. He noticed that one of our tires was low, so he had us move the car to the gated courtyard, got out his compressor, and filled the tire. He also checked it out every day to make sure it was ok. These are the kind of personal touches that make a nice stay truly memorable!

If you're seeking an extraordinary stay in Como, look no further. This apartment is the epitome of a hidden gem, offering an unforgettable experience that captures the essence of Italy. I can't recommend it enough. The apartment exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming hostess who made sure every detail was taken care of. The property itself was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with all modern electronics, ensuring both convenience and comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful touch of complimentary bikes, allowing us to explore the stunning surroundings. To top it off, the hostess surprised us with delightful homemade Italian sweets, a gesture that truly encapsulates the warmth of Italian hospitality. A heartfelt thanks to Giedre for making our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful stay here during our 4 days in Como. The apartment is very clean and cosy and in every way impeccable.

I want to mention especially Giedre, the warm hearted owner of the house. She welcomed us, gave advice about everything around Como, invited us with the other guests for pizza and home made tiramisu etc. It’s rare to get such attention during a stay for a short time. We felt as being home ?

Giedre and also her friendly husband made it a stay that we always will remember as a shot in the rose ? Felt really lucky to encounter this place. Exceeded our expectations. S

الموقع : موقع الشقة قريب من سنتر كومو دقائق قليلة بالسيارة من السنتر وقريب جدا من مرسى السفن وممكن تتنقل بين الاماكن السياحية بواسطة السفينة ، كذلك بالقرب من الشقة مول تجاري ومحلات تسوق.
النظافة: مستوى النظافة ممتاز وصاحبة الشقة مهتمة جدا بكل التفاصيل التي تهم المستأجر.
الأمان: المكان آمن جدا .
المواقف: يتوفر مواقف مجانية للسيارة في الموقع .
وفي الختام أحب أن أشكر صاحبة الشقة على كرم الضيافة وحفاوة الاستقبال، كانت قمة في الرقي ..

Zeer mooi en schoon appartement. Wij werden zeer gastvrij verwelkomd. Er werd ons en de andere gasten die aankwamen zelfgebakken focaccia aangeboden met heerlijke kazen en vleeswaren voorzien van zelfgemaakte rode wijn. Ook had de gastvrouw voor ons een chocoladetaart gebakken echt heerlijk. De gastvrouw geeft het echt een persoonlijke tintje en niets is haar teveel. Appartement ligt ook zeer centraal.

I give this place 5 stars but it could be many many more. We booked directly through the website and Giedre, the owner is simply the best. The house has amazing history and we got to experience Italian hospitality with Apero and wonderful home cooked food as Giedre showed up this 5 generational spectacular home! It is renovated to top spec and to say it is clean is an understatement. There is free parking just in front and this is a major plus as parking is not almost non existent at the tourist spots. The location is ideal with local shopping just down the road and close to the ferry stop to get around. The best part of this place is the beauty of the home and the family who run it. The passion for hosting and taking care of her guests will not get lost on you if you are lucky enough to get to book here!
