Fantastic campground with very well maintained spots for RV and camper's. Big trucks fit just fine. Allowed to park boat trailers on the grass but all other vehicles can only have two wheels in the grass. Max 2 vehicles per party, max 8 people per party. Rules of campground are very well enforced. RV spots do not have sewer access so everyone uses the dump station. Dogs must be leashed. Boat ramps are a bit shallow so you'll need to back your trailers farther into the water to load and unload than you might be used to. Playground, volleyball net, great bathhouses that are very clean and ABSOLUTELY SUPERB marina. Marina has gift shop with necessities for sale too. You can rent a slip for your boat if you wish and/or rent a boat to use. Marina has a lovely sitting area, bathrooms, tubes to rent, free air compressor to air up your own floaties, 12 gas pumps with attendants and a tasty ice cream shop! Water temp was 85 degrees end of July. Marina also has a restaurant on the water you can pull your boat right up to and has a live band on Sundays. Quiet hours of campground well enforced and park rangers do patrol campground and waters. Short 10 minute drive into town with every amenity you could want. Will definitely come back again and again! Note: road into the area/town is very curvy with rollercoaster like hills. If you get carsick beware and prepare because you will feel it!!! Experienced drivers only!

Awesome campground with really clean restrooms & showers, the campsites are spaced out nicely. I only stayed one night & was traveling alone & look forward to returning to spend more time there in the future.

First time staying here- sites are closer than I like but not too bad.

Some sites don’t have any shade at all…worst of all some sites have the lantern pole right in the middle of the site where the camper goes. One site had the tree in the middle of the site….Most of the sites are small and can’t accommodate bigger rigs. Some are not marked with site numbers.

The attendant was not around during the hours of operation. Roads going through the campground are very narrow.

I gave this place 3 stars because it is quiet here. The park ranger was nice. The marina was nice. There is a lot of down trees for firewood. ?

Over all it’s not the worst campground- but some things can improve.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious, lot right off the lake. Nice fire pit with attached grill. Good, small playground park, so-so beach (kinda rocky). Beautiful view of the lake, from my lot. I loved it! One of the prettiest and spacious parks I've been to, but no sewer hook-ups and limited water hook-ups at site. They have electricity at most lots though. Nice restrooms with showers.

On beautiful Tablerock Lake, walking distance to Campbell Point Marina and Watson's On the Water restaurant. Downside is the restrooms haven't been very clean on our last few trips and our camp area is full of weeds. We love our camp hosts Russ and Jan and I'm troubled that the Corp of Engineers is planning on doing away with the camp host position and putting in a kiosk machine to check in and out. Russ and Jan do way more than check people in and out. They let people know of the rules of the campground, make sure campers are out of their site on time so that it's available for the next group, help out when needed(with anything), alert campers of bad weather, and overall make me feel safer. I'm very concerned that this new system will result in a chaotic camping experience here.

Very nice and clean campground. Well maintained and mowed. We stayed in the new section (pavement instead of gravel) and loved it. Site #17 was perfect. Close to the marina. Camp hosts were very friendly. Enjoyed food and drinks at Area 71, just up the road from the campground.

Decent place. Quite a few sites don't have water hook ups so read about the sites carefully. There are some primitive sites too. It was peaceful and pretty this time of year even though it's was almost full. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were not very clean. Floors were never mopped while we were there. Friday through Monday. The water in the park contains a lot of rust which they can't do anything about, but it's worth mentioning.
