We were fortunate enough to discover this Chef shortly after we moved to Italy, and over many years have taken multiple groups of friends and family to his excellent cookery classes, stunning restaurant Organika and farm with breathtaking views across the landscape.
He has a real passion for fresh produce much of which originates just meters from where the food is prepared. He’s also an excellent teacher and raconteur- In English and Italian language.
Also assisting is his delightful mother and close by his fathers excellent oil paintings are on display depicting historic scenes from across the region.
Chef Francesco and his restaurant Organika are well worth a visit, and the cookery classes are excellent.
