This delightful B&B is as good as it gets. If you want the perfect Tuscan experience with an optimal blend of relaxation and adventure, this is your place. Owners Ali & Jeff provide a home away from home for travelers looking to explore Italy. They are both warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. You’ll enjoy an amazing morning breakfast of the freshest local ingredients, a luxurious assortment of pillows to get a fantastic night’s sleep and plenty of insights about place to visit in the area. The B&B is warm, inviting and adorable. Treat yourself to this incredible travel experience!

After 9 nights at CIPRESSO E PIETRA, we could have stayed another 9! Our "hosts", Ali and Jeff, could not have created a more comfortable yet an authentic "Tuscan" feel in this lovely "rustic but elegant" cottage. We absolutely loved the location (so convenient to so many wonderful towns and cities) which lent itself to our daily road trips. Breakfasts were abundant and delicious and Ali took care of our reservations as well as made perfect suggestions to enhance our stay. We can't wait to have a repeat experience with them in the future!!!

Our stay at Cipresso e Pietra was luxurious from beginning to end. The accommodations and views are even more beautiful than the photos! The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and beautiful design. They even offer a pillow menu so you're sure to get a great night's sleep! We started our day with breakfast in the garden and ended it with wine from the B&B cellar. In between, Ali and Jeff expertly guided us to the best experiences in the area! Based on their recommendations, we explored the countryside via ebikes, had a delicious farm-to-table tour and dinner, and tasted the best wine Tuscany has to offer.

If you're looking for a great location, knowledgeable hosts, and beautiful views, this place is for you!

We loved our stay at Cipresso e Pietra!! It is just outside of the city but extremely peaceful and quiet. We were greeted with fresh juice and a tour of the property. Every room is so adorable and cozy! The bed was comfortable (including the pillows!) and by closing the shutters, the room was dark and quiet at night. Open the shutters for a nice breeze and beautiful field view.

We didn’t take advantage of the gym or wine cellar but with a longer stay we would have!

Would be so nice to come with multiple couples or a family and have the whole place to yourself too!

Ali was so wonderful and made us dinner reservations when we needed help! Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the B&B (rented all rooms) and had a fabulous time. I have stayed at a number of places across Europe and I have to say, this place has the most comfortable beds! We slept so well! They even have a pillow menu should you need a firmer or softer pillow. The location was super central to Tuscany which allowed us to easily get from place to place. They are even walking distance (2 minutes) from the local town Lucignano which grants you access to lots of bars and restaurants. We also worked with the owners to arrange for a private chef dinner at the B&B which was glorious! It was a perfect way to have a beautiful Tuscan meal with our family and then just scoot up to bed after. We highly recommend booking a stay here!

Cipresso e Pietra was such an amazing and laid back accommodation. The owners, Ali and Jeff (American expats) were so kind, thoughtful, and made sure that I was comfortable. The property itself is extremely comfortable, full of Tuscan charm, and with a luxurious feel. This was easily one of the nicest bed and breakfasts I've stayed in Europe. The rooms are large, well appointed, the beds plush, and the bathrooms modern and airy. They also have a beautiful courtyard overlooking olive trees and a place to watch outdoor movies.

The b&b is right outside of the town of Lucignano - which is small, but is so charming and full of enough restaurant choices to keep you busy and with variety for a week. The towns of Sienna and Sinalunga are a quick drive as well. Ali and Jeff have worked hard to become locals and plug into agro-tourismo and can help plan wine tastings, wine bike tours, and unique cooking experiences.

As the website says, it's an adults only accommodation. I went on a solo trip for some R&R and it was amazing. By the end of my trip I felt like a local. I can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Cipresso e Pietra! Ali and Jeff's place has comfortable and well-appointed rooms with full amenities and a wonderful garden with plenty of outdoor seating. It is located just a few steps away from the walls of Lucignano. The town has several restaurants and cafes and is well-placed for day trips all over Tuscany (including Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, and many more) for wine tasting, biking, delicious dining, shopping and more. It was a relaxing escape - and a great intro to Tuscan living!
