Save your money. First impressions was horrible right when I walked in . I wasn’t greeted and a woman with here 2 small children were in bathing suits asking for towels and if there room was ready to check in at 5pm . Staff said the towels are in the dryer and why didn’t she bring any towels . I check in and the first thing I noticed in my room was stand and burnt stand on the bed . The mini fridge is on the floor and 1 towel in the bathroom. I did ask for extra towels. Twice. I still have not received those extra towels. When I asked the second time, I was told that their drying, and they had to go across the street because their washer and dryers were broke. Bathroom looks absolutely disgusting. There is not a bath rug. The shower curtain is so far out. It flooded the entire bathroom from taking a shower. My son almost fell over and hit his head. Thankfully, I was there and caught him. because there is no padding in the bathtub at all. I had to ask for a coffee maker. I was provided one after being told. They will have to search vacant rooms to provide me a coffee maker, but I did get that.. there is no TV to watch unless you want to watch the one channel on the TV, which is political . Breakfast includes bread no toaster oven waffles and Yogurt . There are homeless people all over the parking lot. Definitely would not be staying here again.

This hotel isn’t even worth the $60 a night they’re charging, we got there and first thing we notice our door doesn’t even close and the handle looked like it was going to fall off, there is mold stains on the walls, and stains on the carpet. We told the front desk and she was pretty nice about it and switched us rooms. The other room wasn’t much better though, burns on the blankets, black stains on the towels as well as what I’m pretty sure was blood stains. There was hair all over the shower from the previous person staying there. The tile in the bathroom was broken and coming up. We had no tv in the room, and there was no ice machine. They said we had to walk to the hotel across the street for ice. There were homeless people in the parking lot all night, one of which was following us. They were screaming at 2 in the morning and the whole night we did not feel safe. The “continental breakfast” is waffles, cereal and yogurt. Not very ideal. They automatically take a $100 deposit whether you pay cash or card. We also called in advance to see if the rooms were renovated and they told us they were, I’m pretty sure the last time those rooms were renovated was in 2001. The only good things about this hotel is honestly the mountain view but you can only see it if your room faces the parking lot, and the housekeepers, our house keeper was very kind and she made the room smell so nice. (The rooms smelled kind of musty when we got there). Overall I give the hotel itself 1 star and I would never recommend staying here, save your $60 because this place is a waste of money.

Breakfast had little to no food. Bedsheets had burnt holes and bloodstains. Rooms keys had to be activated every time we wanted to go into our rooms. However, room service was cleaning our rooms and did a great job leaving the rooms smelling and looking fresh. The staff was nice.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Blood stains on pillowcases. No towels in the room when we checked in. Iam pretty sure we walked into a 60s time capsule. Staff wasn't pleasant at all. This place was awful. Wyndham is not to standard here at all. Very disappointing and for 100 bucks a night I would of been better sleeping in my car. literally the little time I had been here you could hear several other people complaining too. There was no quite time at this hotel either. As they allowed my neighbors to party all night. Will never be back at this location ever.

Worst hotel experience I've had. The room was dirty, bed had no blankets and had cigarette burns on it, curtains were torn, and half of the room's lights switches didn't work due to missing lightbulbs. Front desk manager was incredibly rude and unwilling to help with even the most basic requests. Breakfast was non-existent. Internet was not available at any point and they had "no idea" when it would be fixed. I was staying there mainly for the bed and internet so this was a problem for me since I had certain work to get done online. When I asked the front desk about any recommendations while their internet is out, they had no advice and were very rude, making it my problem that I needed internet despite the fact that it was listed in the package I paid for. I stayed there 1 night and realized what a terrible choice I've made and that without the internet, this made no sense to endure. I asked them if I could do an early check out that following morning and if they can guarantee I won't get charged for the last day that I was supposed to stay there. They told me I wouldn't get charged and that I can do that but had nothing for me to confirm that. Of course, they charged me regardless and there's nothing I can do to get it back. The room felt like a dumpster dive but the service was somehow even worse. Never again.

Liz, the front desk attendant, is a very professional employee. The first room we had, tv didn’t work, and she switched us to another room immediately. Whatever we needed, she took care of promptly. Our stay here was very pleasant and we come back to the Springs again, we will stay here.

Ran out of breakfast at 8:30, tvs are still on basic cable, dirty carpeted rooms, dirty everything actually, not enough towels or toilet paper, housekeeping doesn't come to clean the rooms even if you don't have a sign up. I actually only stayed here because the super 8 across the parking lot is full of degenerate men that think it's okay to scream and cuss at women and children. The front desk employee did absolutely nothing while a strange man was trying to intimidate me over my son crying. In fact he said it's not his fault while subtly bragging to his employee that he's almost sold out. Anyway this whole place is a scummy area full of homeless people and police all day and night, a worthless money pit with even the most basic of amenities out of order. I spent about $1000 during my stay and not once did I have access to ice, breakfast after 8, or working vending machines. They don't even have microwaves in the room. Garbage place with rude employees.

The only good thing about this hotel is the view from the trashy parking lot filled with homeless people and trash. Our room had no towels and at 3am I woke up bitten by bed bugs. See attached photo. Seeing as though it was 3am I accepted the workers apologies and she said she would change my rate. I still haven't been refunded my money. They switched me to my room I originally had booked which they had told me was unavailable. Like you read on here they only offer cereal and say no to any requests for new sheets or towels. There is never a manager on duty and the workers never know when she is going to be there. I've already called corporate. I would advise no one ever stay here.
