Ero già stata in questo hotel molti anni fa e mi ero già trovata molto bene. Ritornando in zona, ho pensato di ritornare in questa struttura, sia per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo che per la posizione molto comoda in cui si trova. Il centro della città è a pochi minuti di macchina mentre nei paraggi si possono trovare supermercati e negozi.||Molto comodo è il fatto che tutta la struttura sia indipendente dalla reception e per accedere alle camere o al parcheggio non si deve sempre fare il giro del globo.

The hotel is a typical Double Tree style, which offers a good blend of room and dining services. We were having a wedding rehearsals buffet dinner with a cocktail bar. The food was delicious and had good cocktail selections. It's very close to the California Botany Garden, so we could take a casual morning walk and breathe some fresh air. The Trade Joe's is located just across the street so we could get some milk and fruits easily.

This was the coolest little hidden getaway spot. I have lived in glendora most of my life and have been to buca di pepi and dualing pianos but never realized that there was an amazing hidden hotel right next to it. Service was fantastic and the rooms were so nice and quaint. Will definitely be staying again soon.

I stayed in this hotel for two days. The room was clean, the bed & pillows were comfortable, and the drapes darkened the room well. I like that were a lot of towels in the bathroom. The room had a small balcony with a couple of chairs which I didn’t get to enjoy it because of the weather, but it surely is nice to have a hotel room where you can open the door and get fresh air. I liked the overall vibe.

The front desk staff were friendly. The only issue I had is that their instructions on how to get to my room weren’t clear. I arrived late at night and I didn't quite grasp what the guy at the front desk said so he showed me a plan of the hotel, but before I could grasp the layout he pulled it away. The place felt like a maze at the end of a long travel day. I ran into another person from our party and he too was a lost. When I walked out of the room in the morning, I noticed all the room numbers & arrows that were posted that I missed at night! In the larger scheme of things, that was just a minor kink.

I definitely will stay at this hotel again.

The staff are awesome. They are sweet and respectful. It is the facility itself that us horrendous.
Our room smelled like mildew when we got it. After dealing with that the clicking sound of pipes and god-knows-what started and wend on almost the entire night.
Love the folks.
Hated the building.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree Hotel in Claremont. From the moment I walked in the door, the entire staff bent over backwards to accommodate me in every way, starting with Tony at the front desk who thoroughly reminded me what hospitality is all about. After I checked into my room, I went down to sign up for the Hilton Rewards membership. Trisha went out of her way to help me with that. After she signing me up she even gave me another cookie, which I might add are probably about the best cookies I have ever had lol. The property and grounds are amazingly well kept, with beautiful Arboretum style landscaping, and I had a great view right over the pool. The rooms are very cozy and clean, and it is obvious everyone takes pride in maintaining every bit of this property. I will definitely return soon.

This was a clean hotel with excellent service. The courtyard was beautifully decorated with palms and flowers, the food at the restaurant was delicious and the event rooms were spacious. At one point, I had a faulty iron and I called the front desk to let them know, so they quickly came to my door with a new iron. My only complaint is that the mattresses were a little hard.

The Double Tree Hotel In Claremont Looks Beautiful And Elegant. I Have Gotten A Virtual Tour Of This Hotel On Google Maps And Saw What It Looks Like On The Inside. I Even Saw How The Bathrooms And Hotel Rooms Looked Organized. In This Case, This Hotel Is Well Maintained And Is Recommended For Anyone Who Visits The Area For A While
