Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. I'm very shocked at the attention to detail at this location. I had a late check in and the lady at the desk made me feel very welcome. I also don't eat pork and many hotels only have hot options with pork on the Continental breakfast. This hotel actually had options without. What a wonderful experience!

I am a Marriott Ambassador Elite. I know the Marriott brand. When I checked in 3 days ago and again last night, I had to call and wait to get the TV to work. 2 hours the first time and it quit altogether at 7pm last night. The front desk had their provider call my room to deal with the hotel wide issue both times. I was also accused of smoking in my room. I am a non-smoker. I left 4 days early to go to the local Courtyard. Upon checking out, I discovered a daily $2.50 ( including tax ) parking fee. Avoid this hotel!!!!

Three of us came in one car and stayed 2 nights. We were all surprised to see a parking charge on each of our bills for both days. We were not told there would be a parking charge when we checked in. When complaining about the charge they ‘graciously’ took one days charge off of our bills. I have never seen a parking charge at a hotel that is so remote from any metropolitan area. BEWARE of these silly additional charges.

I really wish I could give a positive review because of how friendly and accommodating the staff was, especially front desk worker Bonny, unfortunately I can’t because as a frequent traveler I rely on honest reviews. Where to begin… at check-in our room was downgraded to a queen even though we booked & payed for a king. Walking to the room we were sweating in the hot and musky smelling hallway, entered our room to find the AC wouldn’t go below 70 degrees and there’s no fans so it was extremely stuffy. The shower had multiple pubic hairs and the comforter had some very disturbing and questionable stains which Bonny personally brought us up a new one with sincere apologies. Found a bug in the bathroom. The pool… hot and filthy! No shade, Not a single smell or sign of any chlorine being used, cloudy and full of bugs! Gave us pink-eye-like symptoms. The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the front desk accommodations but it really deserves zero stars! The room is also lacking very simple and basic amenities like hot tea, lotion and makeup remover wipes. The couch had a tear in it. Just overall old, dirty and not at all maintained. Can’t express how disappointed we are as regular Marriott Bonvoy members. SMH.

We’ve stayed here 6 times this year and every time has been a great stay. One stay we had a super hard bed and they quickly got us into a different room. Most stays we have been able to request a particular room and have gotten it. ||Bonnie and Edina are particularly friendly but in fairness, every member of the stuff has been great. ||If you have kids at ASU this is literally across the street from the football and baseball fields.

This was a great place to stay. Pamphlet in our room said to leave towels that you wanted changed out on the floor. Housekeepers never came in and changed out towels or emptied the garbage our 1st night out of 3. I went to the front desk to get new towels, and they were very accommodating and put a note in to have the garbage done and change out towels that were needed. They could use more garbage cans in the rooms, especially if they are not getting emptied daily, which I recommend.
Breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. I would stay here again.

First let me say that I can stay anywhere and I choose to keep coming back to this hotel weekly for business. ||The staff are always friendly and will do anything to accommodate me, even bringing a bottle of water up to my room after I have retired for the night!|| The manager is fantastic and she had exceptional people working for her. Hi visit the Fairfield Inn!

Ist, the ladies at the front desk are extremely friendly and professional. It made for an enjoyable checkin and checkout. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast options during our 3 night stay here. We will definitely stay here again.
