We stayed here for a few nights due to the aftermath of the hurricane. Our view from the room was phenomenal. Sandra our housekeeper was amazing, she even went as far as cleaning out a used bib from my daughter. My daughter was also given a handmade bear from sales. This place was truly an amazing stay during such a hard time. Thank you everyone?

We checked in to the hotel on Wednesday night and were disappointed with the experience. The room we were given had a strong odor, and it was evident that the hotel is showing its age. While the room wasn’t dirty, it also couldn’t be described as truly clean. The water pressure was poor, the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, and whenever another guest used their faucet, a high-pitched noise came from our bathroom.

Our experience at the beach was also less than satisfactory. We were informed that we could not use our personal beach chairs in the hotel’s beach area. After explaining that the alternative area had rough, uneven sand due to the rain, the staff member allowed us to stay but insisted that we couldn’t be in front of the paying beach chair guests. As we moved to the designated area, another staff member rudely called out to us in front of other guests, pointing at our chairs and saying, “Ladies, no.” I informed him that his coworker had given us permission due to the poor conditions in the other area. Despite this, we felt unwelcome and like we didn’t belong simply because we had brought our own beach chairs.

We are paying guests, and frankly, at $250 a night, we expected a much higher level of service and accommodation. We should be able to fully utilize the hotel amenities that we paid for without feeling singled out. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards we expect from Hilton, and we believe that for the price, better options are available in the area.

We loved this hotel! The staff were all wonderful and accommodating. Love that you can grab beach towels for free as long as you turn them back in at the end of the night. Private beach, pool, hot tub, clean room, and free breakfast! What more could you ask for? The balcony we had faced the city side, but honestly it was nice to look out at night with all the lights. I definitely would book again! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Aldo the dolphin hotel right next store is perfect! We had dinner there twice, very convenient.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights why we was away in the US for a 2 week holiday. We picked this hotel as it has its own private beach thought his would be good the our kids 7 and 8 they loved it . The rooms where nice and clean and the breakfast was good little ones really liked that they got to help make there waffles ?. Gregory on reception was really nice from start to finish very friendly and always had a smile. Mark on the beach ⛱️ was really nice and friendly went out his way to talk my husband and his grandad. The girls at the cabanas bar where really friendly . If we was to go to clearwater again I would stay at this hotel. Over all very happy ?

I just came back from a weekend trip to the Hampton inn and suites and let me start by saying I have stayed at other Hampton inn and suites but can't say I ever had issues like this one. Let's start by our arrival on Friday the front desk was quick and polite. We get to our room and that is where the issues start please see pictures from rust in shower food in chair and cleanliness. I get a message from someone at the hotel asking if we were happy with room etc. I responded quickly to let them know issues and even said if they needed me to come down and show them the pictures and they said no and they would let management know and I mentioned maybe something to make up for this they can give free parking for the 2nights we were there and they said they would offer me something. So now that first night I go out with my 2 brother in laws and leave my wife and 2 children in the room to sleep. I get back at 1am and my room key is not working I tried about 5 times and then finally went to the front desk and told the night person there about issue and he said sounded like a battery issue and came up with me to try his master key which did not work either. So I had to call my wife and wake her up and the kids as well. Needless to say they were not happy at all. The night person said he would let management know and that they would get back to me as well. Saturday night I get a call from the manager and she gave me the free parking which I said for the original cleanliness issues but nothing for the room key issue which was bigger issue. I thought they would do something with the rates considering the inconvenience it was a beach hotel so I understand the higher prices but issues like the one I have should not happen at any hotel especially if they are going to charge higher end prices. I would hope I hear back from someone thanks

Great location, not a bad view no matter what room you're in. Stayed in room 1509. The shower did have some water stains and it appeared to have black mold above the shower head on the ceiling which I'm surprised the hotel staff thought was acceptable to leave and not fix. I'm a Hilton Honors Diamond member and would expect more, not just for myself, but for anyone who stays at this property or any other Hilton property. Other than that, I was very pleased with the staff, the amenities and won't hesitate to stay here again.

Side note...I stayed Monday through Thursday at another Hilton property in the Tampa area for business and decided to have my wife tagalong for the week. I extended my stay through Sunday and we booked 2 nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach. The cool thing about being a Hilton Honors Diamond member is I had a voucher for a free night's stay for Friday night and points for a free night's stay for Saturday night. Plus I didn't realize that as a Hilton Honors Diamond member the $25/day parking fee is waived so our weekend getaway was $0.00 out of pocket! After a long week working, it was a perfect end to the week! I highly recommend becoming a Hilton Honors member. It definitely pays for itself. Especially when you travel as much as I do for work.

Only two con *which wasn't a major one for us* the first con the biggest one in my opinion is even when renting a room you STILL have to pay AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PARKING $25 DOLLARS A DAY!! the other con is the beach isn't like the main "real" beach as Clearwater Beach. It's more like on a channel. And you are right next to the jet sky rentals so you smell the fumes if the wind is blowing that direction. Then it has giant rock break walls where you can't stay and walk down to where the channel opens to "Clearwater BEACH" which is just a few blocks down. Two blocks I think. However, because of this the waves were less making it safer especially for non/young experience swimmers. It's a private area only for renters so less people. Since it's a channel you see the other land side which then gives more opportunity to see dolphins groups. We had the thrill of watching them rather close jumping up and twirling about. We also walked along the street side stopped and got ice cream as we headed down to the main beach of Clearwater. Another bonus is the pool was really close to the beach area where the sand area was ideal not as wide as the main beach. So all in all it was a really nice spot to stay. The morning breakfast has a full bar to suit everyone and a very nice large outside / inside terrace to sit and eat. Enjoyed our stay!
