This is an average time share property. They are in the process of renovating the units and I was concerned there might be a lot of noise and dust, but there wasn't. Most time share properties we have visited, especially those that charge a resort fee, usually have more amenities than we experienced at this resort. The best asset was a nice pool area. There is a basketball court, and a small weight room. The units were spacious; however, the utensils in the kitchen were awful. I couldn't cut bread with any of the knives provided; they all just shredded the loaf. There was a good size refrigerator with an adequate freezer compartment. The balcony was also a nice size for sitting out in the evenings. There is also a stove and oven, which was nice. The location was good; however, you do need a car to get around. It is not within walking distance of anything; however, there is a Ralph's grocery store a mile or so away. Indian Canyon is only a couple of miles down the road, and downtown Palm Springs is a couple of miles in the other direction. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Beautiful Location! The resort is nestled in a scenic area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and palm trees with a relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms are generally spacious, with plenty of room to relax. Many rooms come with balconies or patios, providing a nice outdoor space to enjoy the desert scenery.

Friendly Staff. The staff here is friendly and accommodating, which adds to the overall positive experience. Overall I really enjoyed staying at this place.

We're from L.A. and was super impressed of how clean Palm Springs in general is. Streets and landscapes leading to Hilton Palm Canyon are super clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back.

Amenities: we had a great time using the basketball court, super crystal clear pool, spa, and slide. They have a bar at the pool as well for convenience. Our family was also able to make use of their gym.

Front desk, and most of the cleaning staff greeted us good morning every time we crossed paths. Maintenance staff also wanted to make sure we were taken cared of asap if we needed their assistance.

Text feature: we appreciated the text feature to see if we needed any towels and had a kind reminder of our checkout time. So there is no need to make calls from the room's phone.

Family of 4 stayed in a newly remodeled room on the 3rd floor. It was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and accommodating. What was needed during our stay was easily gotten via a text and brought to our room. The view from the balcony overlooked the front side of the building. The pool wasn't overly crowded but with over 100 degree days, would have been understandable. I would like to commend Denise at the front desk for making our check in go as smoothly as possible.

Made a one night weekend reservation and the prices were the best around for a 6 person suite. When we arrived the hotel’s systems were down, but they worked very well around that issue and gave us one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Angela was incredibly kind and very helpful in assisting us during our stay. We even arrived early for check in and were given our room fast, given the circumstances. Even our room was very clean and spacious, comfortably fitting 6 people in a 2 bedroom suite. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality and amazing service.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The pool felt great on a 100°+ day. Slides were working. The lifeguards were observant, the people at the entry gate were fun and friendly. The poolside food was delicious. There was a female bartender that helped us first. She was not a friendly person. The other 2 men working were fun. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious. All of the above deserve 5star.

As other reviewers mentioned, the rooms could use updates. The room did smell weird. Not toxic or moldy, just somewhat unpleasant. The carpet and floors are in serious need of thorough cleaning…not just a light vacuum, a serious scrub down with a high powered cleaner. Our feet were filthy walking on the floors.

There is a resort fee which is very clear on the website booking page. People just need to read it before calling this deceptive. It specifies that this is the room rate not including the resort fees and taxes. Then, resort fees and taxes are listed. On the FAQ page, the resort fee dollar amount is listed. As for taxes, we pay them everywhere, so that is not at all deceptive. A person can always call the resort if they want to know specific dollar amounts.

Unfortunately, this location is incredibly old. The rooms are actually gross. Tub/shower felt like it was going to cave in. Brown dingy carpet. The bed was maybe a double pushed up against the sliding door. Not what I would ever call Hilton standards. To be fair, Hilton purchased the property. I guess one building, one without a view and far from pool, renovated. Front lobby nice, and the staff nice. Room clean as you could get in old space. My husband a gold member. Would stay at the other Hilton next time. I don't normally do such reviews, but I would want to know if I were Hilton.
