I love this cute, quaint, boutique hotel! It’s in an excellent location walkable to everything in Wimberly! It is very quiet in the area but still so close to everything. It was very clean, fully stocked with all the necessities, has nice lush robes in the room and a very comfortable bed. It’s a great getaway for a long weekend and very close to many wineries in the area! One of my favorite things about this place was watching all the tiny hummingbirds feed off of the flowers surrounding the pool area while lounging in the pool. I highly recommend Hotel Flora and Fauna and know I will be back for a fourth time!

My husband and I went to Wimberly for a quick getaway. Unfortunately there is no getting away from mosquitoes in TX so pack your bug spray. Hotel Flora and Fauna was the perfect retreat from Austin. Upon arriving, the large trees and animal murals were so inviting. We couldn’t wait to see the rest of the property. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We especially loved all the extra touches to make you feel at home during your stay. Every room had a cute table for two outside that was great for enjoying morning coffee. We enjoyed an early evening swim and loved being able to gaze up at all the stars. Hotel Flora and Fauna is quite a unique property. There are restaurants within walking distance and the location is great! We can’t wait to go back with friends.

Incredible weekend! Upon arriving we went straight to our room to unload our bags. The room was very clean and everything looked great. The old school record player and records were a very cool touch. We had two kids and our dog with us so the extra space and kitchenette were really nice to have. They even provided a doggy bed and treats for Sonny! The kids couldn't wait to jump in the pool so we did that for an hour or so before dinner. Dinner was at Community Pizza very close by, in the square. What an awesome place for the kids to run around! Great wood fired pizzas, solid margaritas and live music. Kids were beat when we got back so we put them to bed and then hit the hot tub for a bit. Everything was so nice and clean. What a great trip! We can't wait to come back!

We went to Wimberly for a wedding and stayed at the hotel for 2 days. It was like a home away from home. Everything we needed was right there and the place was nicely decorated, clean and neat. The bed was the most comfortable that we've ever had outside of being at home! Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Contactless hotel. They give instructions in an email on how everything works. We tried to heat up the hot tub multiple times it never worked. Saw two dead bugs so you can tell they did spray for pests. But through the night I saw two roaches climbing on the wall. I reached out to let them know before posting a review. They assured they do pest control. They stated I should of contacted if I couldn’t get the hot tub working. I did contact about the ac not being able to turn on and we got no response. We ended up getting it to work. So either way of contacting about the hot tub they wouldn’t of responded in a timely manner to fix it for us to enjoy. The room smelled moldy. Not worth the $500 I spent. I will look elsewhere next time.

The absolute BEST place for a couples trip! We normally rent 1 big house but with 6 couples, somebody is always going to get stuck on the pull out sofa or bunk beds! Here, everyone had their own king size bed & their own bathroom! The pool was an excellent hang out spot for everyone! Everything was perfect! We all raved about how comfortable the beds were! We can’t wait to plan another trip back here again!!!

Could not have been happier with the cleanliness, aesthetic and location!|Beds were very comfortable, and they have a pool - which was used in November - well it is Texas!! |Location perfect to restaurants and short ride to wineries - great weekend/mid-week escape from Austin.

Cute place. A little pricey but was clean and comfy bed. Complimentary breakfast coupon was a nice touch. Although they only put one card in the room eventhough we were 2 guest?
