Beautiful hotel, great for pets and/or families. Lovely food and great service. The room was lovely with great balcony view, only problem was too hot and no airflow due to single side exposure. The staff were accomodating to every need; additional pillows, canine needs, last minute change of food orders etc. was a delightful holiday and great location for accessibility to Val Di Fiemme Adventures. Great to finish up with sauna and pool after a long walk.

This opinion is directly for the skiers. |Rooms:|We had a room for 2 people, with big bed but conntected with 2 mattresses - it was not comfortable to sleep. However, room was fresh, clean and warm. You have to forget about wi-fi in room and entire object - connection was terrible!|Meals:|Breakfast… 🤢 scrambled eggs - was just from eggs powder, some bacon, few types of ham and cheese, not very good sausages.|In addition, possibilites of making some oatmeal with jogurt and of course Italian sweet delicacy.|For people who supposed to have energy on the slopes, breakfast is poor.|Snack:|3 kinds of cakes|Still the same sandwiches, some prosciutto and old fruits. Mostly leftovers after breakfast. |Dinner:|For 35 eur per person I would like to eat something tasty, but it was average.|(Service Manager does not speak English. This is not a joke - he forgot about our order for dinner and we left half bottle of wine on previus dinner which has disappeard when we wanted to finish it on next dinner. 🤣|Pool: cold water - if you dont complain on reception. Although, they have great steam sauna.|Skiroom:|All rooms have their own lockers for skiing equipments - great sollution.|Skibus:|🤣 when you go to the Pampeago, bus has stop next to the hotel, but when you return to the hotel, bus stop is next to the main road, and you have to go to the hotel about 300 m with your skiing boots🤣|

Hotel Lagorai in Cavalese is a place of luxury and relaxation. The rooms are elegant, and the restaurant offers excellent Italian and international cuisine. The waiter service, especially Nello, is exceptional - professional, courteous, and helpful. It's the perfect place for a relaxing stay with beautiful views and excellent service. Spa is also exceptional!

Things I like in a hotel when on holiday hotel are A comfortable room with a good comfortable bed, decent bed linen, quiet, lovely views, maintained to a high standard and kept clean. I also like fresh well presented food with good service. This hotel ticked all those boxes all the time. I staid a week and often after a few days small things start to irritate, this time the opposite happened and started to enjoy the hotel and it's position more and more. I organised a trip for 16 ladies from York, England to stay in the Hotel Lagorai Alpine Resort and Spa. We had a wonderful time and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their holiday. The booking staff were exceptionally helpful regarding bookings, changing of bookings, organising a minibus and a walking guide. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were all well furnished and very clean. We all enjoyed the food especially the buffets. The location of the hotel is spectacular with wonderful views over the valley and we enjoyed the spa facilities and swimming pools. Overall we all thought that the hotel was excellent and good value for money. Thanks to all the staff who looked after us well.

Superb room quality, stunning views from room/dining room. Spa area and saunas perfectly clean and well designed. Outside pool small, but functional. Big breakfast/dinner room with majestic view over the entire valley. Majestic breakfast with great variety. Polite and helpful staff! Hotel offer guests free voucher for tranports in the area, including ski lifts to the mountains!
