Overall, the NH Hotel Bergamo is a decent choice, though it feels a little past its prime. The rooms are okay, but they definitely look a bit worn and could use a refresh. On the positive side, the beds are very comfortable, and the room temperature was easy to control, making for a good night's sleep. It was also relatively quiet, which I appreciated.

In terms of amenities, there is a kettle in the room, which is a nice touch. The bathroom features a shower/bath combo. The free WiFi is reliable, so if you need to get work done, you shouldn't have issues. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but it does the job.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay at. Very close to the train station and right in the middle of the city. The room is reasonably comfortable though the lighting could be improved. We booked breakfast during our stay and for our first day, we arrived at 9.30 and there’s hardly any hot food left, and they weren’t topping up either (considering breakfast is until 10am). Arrived a bit earlier the next day and still there’s not a lot of food left - kinda disappointing. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel, as a solo female traveller I felt safe. Excellent location for trains and buses. Comfiest hotel bed i have ever slept in. Rooms have all the amenities you would require. You will need a European adaptor as no USB sockets but not an issue. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Also had some free water in my room. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay for three nights in this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. If travelling with children, we highly recommend the Impossible Museum, just across the street from the hotel entrance. Very fun for the whole family!

I come every year to the NH Bergamo, and it is always a mini vacation. The location is very conveniently located, the service is excellent, and the breakfast buffet a treat. The rooms are very quiet, but one is quickly in the buzz of the Citta Bassa. What else can one ask for?

Good location in citta bassa (lower town) close to the railway station and airport bus stop. Quite basic chain hotel, nothing special. Though good size, clean and quiet room. Breakfast also very basic and not tasty at all.

Reception staff were amazing. Asked for referral to a nice place to visit. They gave a town call Pasturo and a restaurant called Carozzi Formaggi. Wow. A heaven for Cheese lovers. a Must visit place. Will visit it again when I am in Bergamo next time

The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional. The room was elegant, clean, and wonderful. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. It was truly a special experience.
