This Hotel is depressingly characterless and impersonnal. Beside the motorway and probably used as a stopping point for bus tours. Our room was large - but painted lilac and dark red. There was a very small balcony with an empty plastic bottle on it. One very ugly plastic bedside light was broken and held together with a large clip. But the beds were comfortable and the shower room / loo was excellent. We had an evening meal there. We ordered lasagne which was cold in the middle and had to be sent back for furthur heating. However the staff were wonderful about this and to compensate brought us olives and mozarella while we waited and an extra course of french beans milanese which were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. There was excellent parking and free Wi Fi in the rooms and the staff were all very pleasant. For a 1 night stop enroute this hotel is OK but I would not like to spend longer

Our days at the hotel were made interesting and relaxing by the whole hotel staff!||Their attentiveness to me and my family's needs were outstanding. Each day they recommended great places to experience the local cuisine. Salvatore went above and beyond to accommodate our arrangements at the beach as well as our daily excursions. Many thanks goes to Emilia for her hospitality and for all her useful information about the local culture. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting the Lucania region. Grazie a tutti!

Stayed here for one night during coach trip to Matera from Rome. Super efficient check in. Room basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Generous set lunch was served seamlessly and our request that dinner be served an hour earlier than originally requested was met without problem. Dinner was fish based and delicious. All the staff were helpful and professional. Very pleasant experience.

The hotel is nicely kept up, however it is located directly on a highway. It may be fine for a one night stop over, however if you want to do day trips, you would be better off staying in the City of Bernalda which 5 miles away.||||The rooms are standard size, for a third person, only expect a pop-up bed. ||||The staff was very friendly and spoke English. ||||Overall the hotel is clean, well maintained inside and rooms are a good size for Italy.

We stayed in your house for two nights with a group of 25 people. First we were disappointed about the stituation of the hotel close to the highway. But this was more than compensated by your warm welcome and the excellent food. We enjoyed a lot! Thank you! We look forward to coming again in autumn.

We used this hotel as a base for four nights to visit the surrounding areas. As very little else was open it was very handy with its own restaurant. We were made to feel very welcome, the room was large, the bed comfortable and with our room at the back the road noise was minimal
