Un disastro: per un 3 stelle siamo molto delusi. Pieno di scarafaggi nella stanza, stiamo parlando di 3 stelle non di un motel ( mi chiedo...). Ragnatele dappertutto, ma il vostro team pulizie che cosa fa ? Non chiediamo la perfezione, siamo in viaggio e dunque ci spostiamo, però un minimo per quello che paghiamo. Hyatt...avevo scelto questa sistemazione per conoscenza della catena, mai più. Una vergogna se mi posso permettere di come il vostro team pulizie ha trattato le nostre cose ( vestiti buttati dappertutto come se fosse spazzatura). Peccato ero troppo stanca per far fotografie. Il mio non è un lamento perché ripeto siamo in vacanze e dunque ci adeguiamo, ma con i bambini un minimo ci vuole... delusi.

King size bed, 4 pillows, spacious room, refrigerator, microwave, safe, and spacious shower. Great room to stay. Registration desk crew was very friendly and responsive. Cleaning crew did a wonderful job. Breakfast choices was better than most.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience in this hotel. We were on our honeymoon and the staff were always smiling when we came in and very helpful. Our last night a member of the staff knocked on our door with some sparkling cider and chocolate covered strawberries! Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Not a very walkable area. Small entrance, tiny concierge desk and dining area. Elevators show the true age of the property. Hyatt attempted a modern refresh of the rooms, but popcorn ceilings, small TVs and brown furniture still make it feel like a Motel.

Absolutely terrible place next to noisy highway and very nasty nasty horrible, dishonest Crooks to deal at hotel. I reconfirmed my mountain view king bed room 3 days earlier, but didn't get. Very dishonest ripoff staff. Don't waste your money

We stayed here while attending a concert at Ford Amphitheater. The room was clean and large, breakfast was yummy but the bed was very old and had a large valley in it that my husband and I kept rolling into all night. Also the bathroom was set up very poorly with a shower that leaked all over the floor. When we communicated it to the manager they were very blasé and said that they'd let someone know.

We had a very nice time and got the impression that the staff really cared about the quality of our stay. This Hyatt location does it even better than higher-end locations such as Hyatt Regency Chicago. Our room felt pretty new and well-maintained. The location is great.

Breakfast was better quality than the average Hyatt, as well, with food being fresh and well-prepared. The serving area was very clean. Dining tables were cleaned between guests, which was appreciated should be the industry norm.

We came for a wedding all the way from Missouri. We had our car stolen in the parking lot (broke the back window) and the hotel staff were not very helpful. The security cameras on the back side of the hotel were not working. They acted as if WE were an inconvenience to them. The manager was not professional. They acted like getting the security camera footage from the front of the hotel was a huge ordeal. Overall highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel. I asked for a refund and they only gave us one night. The broken glass is still in the parking lot and this happened over twelve hours ago.
