I gave this a 3 rating as it was challenging to navigate and find the beautiful scenery the park had.
My phone service was completely gone so it took a while to navigate out of the park.

I ended up hiking on scour trail which was nice. Park also included a decent size building as a rest stop and to provide information for visitors.

Bathrooms were clean. I would recommend visiting if your cellphone service can work. Park closes at 6 PM from the signs so planning ahead is needed.

One of the nicest state park's I have been to. Decent and clean restrooms and separate showers. Campsite is well-kept and check-in is conveniently done through text messaging. Close to nice hiking and scenic views.

Really extraordinary place. Highly recommend visiting. Three access points.

Coolers and disposable food not allowed. Pets not allowed.

We stayed at the campground and spent a day in the park. Our site was perfect in size, shade and privacy. Loved the campground. The park is beautiful. The shut Ins are a great way to spend the day. On a side note, there is only wifi at the camp store, and a weak cell signal above the shut Ins on the trail. Dead zone everywhere else.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. You can camp as well and get some splashes in the water, take your bike on the beautiful trail or even pack a bag for picnic or a good hike. The views are beautiful and there's variations of activities and possibilities. They have a restrooms and parking and it is a dog friendly place..

My wife and I visited this place on a saturday. It was cloudy and had been raining ,but it never rained while we were there it was still 85°. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly playing in the water shoots of the rocks. it was still fairly busy for a cloudy rainy Saturday.

Very fun place to visit. The waters are a comfortable temperature with an easy current to navigate. And the rocks offer plenty of opportunities for climbing or lounging in the sun.
It better suits older children and adults, but there's still plenty to do as a whole family.

My husband and I and our 2 boys camped in a basic camping site for 1 night to try it out. We had 2 tents and it fit perfectly in our site. There where trees surrounding each site providing shade. We had a blast. There were lots of other kids running around as well. The bathroom/ shower house was clean and well maintained. It was just a short drive down to Johnson shut INS access to swim. Would definitely recommend. Great for the price.
