The hotel was very convenient and easy to find. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Dining staff were not as friendly or helpful. The male waiters were much more attentive to female patrons. Our room was spacious but rundown. Shower door handle missing, door track damaged. soap/shampoo shelf missing. Floor tile had several chips. We stayed in a room on the side of the hotel that use to be a motel. Perhaps the rooms on the hotel side are in better condition. As in most hotels in Italy it is rare to find fresh vegetables and fruit at the breakfast buffet. This was more of a 2 star hotel then a 4 star as it is rated.

This location is the worst as a tourist especially if you have not got a car. Its in the middle of two motorways and its impossible to get public transport. Walking to the train station required crossing a highway which is extremely dangerous. Getting a taxi to come to the hotel was a nightmare and they charge you an extortionate amount due to its location. Highly recommend living in the city.

Rooms were fairly clean however bathroom could be better. Room size was small and AC was very slow. No iron facilities provided and wifi was too slow.
Breakfast included was okay.

Most staff members were nice however one particular staff member was rude and very unhelpful. We asked for a taxi to help us put and she blatantly refused saying there are no taxi available.

Would never recommend this hotel ever again for tourists.

The hotel is in an unexpected location, at the intersection of two highways, near Como and Milan. Despite its location, there is no noise. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and the air conditioning works well (and is adjustable). The service is excellent. I highly recommend it.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. We were treated very differently from other guests, and it was hard to ignore the racial undertones in the way we were spoken to and dismissed. It was deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable.||The male receptionist was especially rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering help or trying to accommodate our needs, he was short, cold, and clearly uninterested in helping us. It felt like they weren’t willing to meet even basic requests.||The location is also a nightmare — the hotel is literally in the middle of a highway with nothing nearby. You're forced to rely on Ubers, which were extremely expensive due to the distance from everything.||Overall, we were made to feel unwelcome and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone — especially if you’re expecting fair treatment and decent service.

We stayed at Just Hotel Lomazzo Fiera for 3 nights, and unfortunately our experience was terrible.||||The location is extremely inconvenient – the hotel is in a secluded area where you’d need to walk 20 minutes along a dangerous highway with no footpath to reach the nearest station. The only safe option is to take an Uber.||||The service was shockingly poor. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of offering solutions, he argued with us and initially told us we had to leave the hotel. Only after his colleague intervened did he offer a second option (filling in a form), which could have been given to us in the first place. This unnecessary stress was created for nothing – and I was travelling with 3 kids.||||The hotel room itself was below average. The beds were cheap, and worse, the room was infested with bed bugs. We were itching all night and left with bites on our hands and feet. Basic amenities were missing – for example, no water bottles were provided the next morning, even though most hotels offer this as standard.||||Overall, this was a shambles of a stay – unhygienic, unprofessional, and possibly discriminatory in the way we were treated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went as a family and we enjoyed our stay, I will only advise to be on top of their cleaning. Remove stains on the walls and maybe change the hallway carpet or give it a good clean.

We appreciate the staff they were all kind and helpful. We will come and visit again.

I just stayed for the night as i was travelling through Europe. The staff was very friendly and helpful , loved seeing them all smile for a change unlike some other hotels. The rooms were clean the hot tub in the suite was perfect definitely a perfect hotel with a good decent price. Available parking , I would highly recommend and will come back again x thank you (grazie)

The hotel was like an island in the middle of the motorway. Advertised as being close to Como however expect to pay exorbitant prices £60 upward for a single journey. A desolate place with no shops nearby and prices through the roof in the hotel as a result of this. Breakfast was poor, cleanliness was poor, I think they must’ve drawn the last couple of stars on themselves as it is nowhere near the calibre of a 4 star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody who doesn’t drive.
