This was my first stay/ day in India. Due to travel issues i ended up being alone as a woman arriving in the middle of the night. They made me feel safe, extended me for a night and helped me ie. telling me about zepto. The room was okay for the price.

Pro:
- 24h front desk
- Room not the newest but clean and spacious
- wifi worked (even though you had to relogin everyday)
-AC worked
-worth the price

Contra:
-room had a slight smell
-breakfast selection was small

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We arrived a few hours early (4 hours before our actual check-in) and were charged nearly 80% of a full day’s rate for this short period. Additionally, they only provided a tap key, not a manual one, and charged an extra 35% of the day’s rate when we misplaced it.

The room itself was in poor condition. The paint was old and peeling, so much so that if you brushed past the walls, paint dust would stick to your clothes. The AC was leaking heavily, and after leaving it on overnight, we woke up to find half the floor covered in water. Wi-Fi was unreliable, showing “no internet connection” most of the time. We reported this to the front desk, but it took them almost 10 hours to address the issue. Finally, the TV remote wasn’t working, which added to the overall inconvenience.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The service and room quality were far below expectations.

We had requested for an early check in as we had reached around 6 Am at the hotel. But, upon reaching the property they were not ready to check in us early even when rooms were available. They ended up charging us an extra day charge. The rooms were average, uncomfortable beds and average food. Won’t recommend.

Service was very poor, there was no proper hot water supply and when we reported it they did not bother much. I booked online and I confirmed it by calling them. Still I had to pay extra when I reached the hotel. The staff are not pleasant. The washroom has a broken hanger and the sliding glass doors were not steady.

Ok rooms near Manipal hospital. Better than other nearby location economical. Service in olive is pathetic.ac is ineffective Repeatedly u need to ask for cutlery. Room cleaning staff enter without permission using master card and they don't have fix time to clean also.Tv always not working here. Stayed here 10 days but u need to book online in their website .if u go directly they charge u more than online. Car parking is not available.

My second experience with Olive in Bengaluru, and this one was the most unsatisfactory!

Check-in: Key couldn't be activated due to an error.
Service: The team couldn't provide spoons and sugar because they were unavailable.
Room: Clean but very poorly maintained. Stained walls, ineffective AC, and lacking basic amenities like cutlery and tea/coffee supplies.

This Olive location needs a lot of improvement compared to the one near Indiranagar Metro.
