I had booked 2 apartments.The rooms were good but the staffs need to be trained well.The basic necessity is the drinking water and we had to ask them for water bottles which should have been placed in all the rooms.
Both the rooms had problems in AC but was working in an average condition.
I would recommend this property for a budget friendly accommodation.

Hi,

We recently stayed at Olive with the embassy group for a business trip. We booked a room where only standard accommodations were available. We extended our stay for one more day and made the payment before leaving the hotel by 10 AM. We requested that our room be cleaned, but when we returned at 10:30 PM, it was in the same condition as we had left it.

After requesting cleaning again at night, no one arrived. When I called the manager, a staff member was sent, but he only took the bedsheets and towels and left. I asked for a towel, but no one responded. We also had issues with water service, and when we requested the Wi-Fi password, the staff was unaware of it.

The next morning, a new person at the reception inquired about our experience. He listened to our concerns but did not provide any response. We are sharing this feedback in hopes that you will address these issues in the future.

It's located in a prime location so almost all places like Bangalore palace, lulu mall, majesti railway station are within 3KM.
They have sufficient parking for bike and car.
We booked a 2BHK property, Rooms are spacious and clean. It had 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, balcony and one kitchen.
They have provided towels and water.
But the refrigerator is not there.
The reception staff were polite, We had a train at 3PM so we extended the checkout till 1PM and they agreed to it which was very nice.

Overall had an excellent stay...

Visited this place with friends for an exam in malleshwaram.. the reception staffs were very good and they were always ready to help ..
Felt homely at the place
The most lovely part about the stay is that they have a coffee machine where u can make your own coffee as compliment and a small library with good books to read in the sofa while sipping your coffee...
We had to stay for bit longer at Bangalore due to delay in buses.. the staff were very understanding and was ready to keep our luggages safety for more than 6hrs under their custody. .
Price is okay for banglore I felt..

I had a very bad experience staying at your service apartment. Mattress was really bad, there was nothing given in kitchen. Door locks were not working properly. Had issue with invoice during check out. There team does not have internal communication. I don't recommend this property.

I wouldn't say that the stay was the best. We had booked for 2bhk room in Olive and yes we got a separate rooms inside a BHK with no furniture or any facilities inside it with the main door always open. I don't understand then what is point of taking a 2bhk, also the room wall had water marks, tiles were broken & Ac were very much dusted and old. During the check in time also the reception staff was very unappealing as if we came to ask they're kidneys. We came in booking this place hoping that olive stays everywhere would be same quality but expect the reception rest all felt like some local building just a had cheap renovation. I would never recommend this place to anyone else or would choose this place during my next visit.
