Very reasonable daily rate and 1 Block South of Interstate 40. While this is an older hotel, I was satisfied with the price, customer care, lots of parking for trucks with a trailer and the room. The King size bed was very comfortable and a nice walk in shower. My room on the 3rd floor was quiet with no disturbances.
There is a fitness center on the 3rd floor near the elevator.
No refrigerator or microwave but for my stay, those items are not required and did not affect my overnight stay.
For my one night stay I was not disappointed.

Absolutely horrible, one receptionist was sweet and helpful. The rest were hardly helpful and barely ever seen. The place itself was a joke, homeless all around in and out of the building. Room wasn't horrible but the carpet was gross and they always had issues with the elevator. Very much not worth the money or the stress either. I hope this place gets shut down? Stayed for 1 week, and never used this place again. Always be careful, cheap doesn't mean decent either

OYO Townhouse is exactly what I expected for the very reasonable price that I paid for my overnight stay.
The location is in a prime spot to the airport.
First bonus, the On-Cue Convenience Store is located right across the street. It’s 24 hours and provides basically anything you may want or need.
Second bonus, there are more than enough restaurants and food places in close proximity to the hotel. They are all within walking distance.
Third bonus, OKC and other locations are accessible due to the Interstate Freeway access nearby.
All in all, you get what you pay for.

This place is an absolute dump. The furniture is beat up and damaged. The room smelled terrible. They were cooking food at the front that smelled horrible and we smelled it all night. The hotel is filthy. I'm sick of Oyo and their crap hotels.
They want a deposit for this crap? Are you serious? I mean the room isn't worth 50_ THEY WANT A HIGHET DEPOSIT THAN THE ROOM PRICE.
This might be the worst hotel in OKC. The replies are automated and patronizing. They don't report anything for anyone they normally have an owner and like 6 employees. They need to condemn this place I'm serious. Oyo doesn't even try to make their hotels nice. The hallway smelled horrible and was dirty. There was trash in front of our door. The pillows and the bed are super hard and will mess your neck up.
Be smart and pay an extra 5$ to go across the street.
And if you have kids this is a large no.

Highly do not recommend due to the inhospitable treatment before we even could arrive. Full disclosure, hotel was booked thru priceline. This gives them every ability to refuse to help you and just cite priceline policy. Upon calling priceline to try to move the date to the next night (car broke en route to hotel, mobile mechanic did not show up, could not get to hotel until next day) they say they can call the hotel owner and see if they will accommodate. The hotel owner refused so the room had to go unused and by the way, they have plenty of openings today. They aren't even close to full but just want to keep the $. And they are entitled to according to the contract. However, this is the hospitality industry and travel mishaps happen every day. I'll never support either of these business again. From the reviews, it looks like we may be better off anyway but no one cared that this was leaving a couple young ladies to have no where to stay and often young people can't just throw money at unsafe situations to resolve them. I'm embarrassed these companies operate like this. I won't spend my money on business that take advantage of others and won't help with anything if it's needed. *edit to add as far as the owner responding to the review, you got two opportunities to assist. When I called the hotel and when priceline called you. You said no both times. So don't come publicly tell me you want to help when you clearly had the chance to and refused multiple times just to me!

The head maid is rude as hell. We had a 4 year old child with us who wet the bed one night and they tried to kick us out early and keep our deposit. Then we paid another $100 for the deposit to stay the remainder days I had previously booked and they kept that depisit as well with noreasoning. Mind you, there's fiends everywhere. The place smells like cigarettes and crack. The rooms are disgusting and have roaches crawling everywhere. Big and small.

I would never recommend this place, it's so disgusting.

I will be calling corporate with pictures to see if I can get refunded my $200 deposit. Whoever owns this establishment needs to be fired.

Room was clean and not a problem at all. Keep in mind there is no microwave or fridge in rooms and only one small microwave by front desk for everyone to use. It went out during my stay and was not replaced. Location was ok, however there was a pretty consistent smell of pot thru hallways and elevator.

The area is a gathering spot for homeless individuals as well as the kind of people who make you feel like it isn't safe for your significant other to go outside alone. The woman behind the desk was not personable at all and rather snarky. The room is on par with the staff and the hotels surroundings only it was clean. I won't be going back and if I could go back in time I never would have gone there in the first place.
