Sono stati 8 giorni splendidi!
La signora Olivia è di una estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Ambiente cordiale, sereno e distensivo. La zona piscina ampia e molto curata, ogni appartamento ha un ombrellone grande con due sdraio, due lettini e un tavolino con due sedie.
Sono ben accetti gli animali e questa cosa non fa che dar alla struttura punti in più!
Torneremo presto in questo angolo di serenità!

Luogo immerso nella natura mugellana, ma allo stesso tempo vicino al paese circa 4 km personale accogliente e disponibile per farvi vivere un momento di relax e tranquillità, ottimo sia per amici in gruppo con appartamento grande, che per famiglie, possibilità di portare con voi i vostri amici a quattro zampe o altri pelosi tutti accetti.

Incredibly peaceful, traditional Tuscan buildings, and very big swimming pool. Vicchio is within walking distance (about 20 minutes to the square with restaurants and 30 minutes to the station for access to Florence).

This hidden Tuscany gem is worth every penny! Family owned 'rustico' holiday appartments on a hill top in Vicchio. Close to the big attractions like Florance and Lucca. A great place for a group of friends, families with kids. Or just couples. ||There is a big swimming pool with lots of space to sit. And umbrellas for shade. In the aera there are good places to eat, but also a supermarket close by. ||You need a car for all of it, up the hill and around. ||The rooms are spacious and comfort to your basic needs. Don't expect 5 star luxury. But all is there. Washing machine, cooking stuff, seats outside and inside, oven and more... ||Just a great place to unwind and relax they italian way!

I have been to Poggio A Sieve half a dozen times now, and so I think that says it all. We always have a warm welcome there, and the place is absolutely beautiful. After five visits in the summer we have just come back from a visit in January for a week, and although it was very different, the place was fantastic and the welcome as good as ever.||There was some renovation work going on in the family chapel, which, far from being a disturbance, was interesting to see and chat about. The weather was mostly fine (although what do you expect in January?) and the apartment was warm and cosy.||It is rustic and out in the country, so there are the occasional spiders sharing with you, or perhaps it might get a bit muddy on the drive as you walk up, but it adds to the charm and authenticity of the place.||The local town is only a couple of minutes away, and the restaurants and shops are cheerful and welcoming - and ready to help out with my Italian when I'm struggling for the right words! The food is of a very high standard, and is usually authentic Mugello or Tuscan cooking (separate reviews to come for them!) and that is another reason we keep coming back.||In fact, we love it so much we've spent our last week arranging to have our wedding in the Municipio in Vicchio and then have a Tuscan feast at Poggio as our reception, with all our guests staying in the various apartments at Poggio!||We shall see how it all goes, but I have no doubt it will be perfect.||Thank you again, Olivia and Roberto!
