Very central located, nice and clean place. We did not have the best view as they built something in front of the house, but actually we did not care.

Very silent rooms, nice beds and bathroom.
Water Cooker and fridge in the room, WLAN free. Quite big breakfast buffet for Italian standards with bred you can toast, muesli, fruits, cakes, tea or coffee.
Very kind waitress who is also receptionist.
We would definitively come again.

Good, hotel quality rooms. 6 separate suites available, each with lockable doors and ensuites. Doesn't look like much from the street, but I was pleasantly surprised at the presentation of my room. Very modern styled. Free WiFi. Individually prepared breakfast, fantastic quality. Good location, supermarket and restaurants downstairs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, booked my airport transfer and gave advice on where to go locally. Would recommend and will stay again next time I'm in Rome

Lovely BnB, outstanding service!
The best location in Rome, close to lovely pizza and gelato, walking distance to many sites.
Our room was lovely, nice bathroom, fridge, tea and coffee maker, tv, very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet!
The staff are amazingly friendly. Our airline lost our luggage, they arranged a room for us to stay while we waited for our bags even after we had checked out. Highly recommend this place.

I was with my wife in room number 5.

Things I loved:
- Staff was much more friendly than other hotels in Rome.
- Early check in was no problem.
- Location is excellent! (10 mins walk to Vatican and 20 mins walk to the Colosseum).
- Kettle (water boiler) in the room.
- Free of charge instant coffee (NESCAFE) and tea with cups to drink from in the room.
- Flat screen TV
- Free Wifi
- Fridge
- Extremely clean and tidy.
- Airconditioning
- Slept well on the bed.

Things I didn't like:
- Hairdryer
- Unstable temperature of water in shower (water becomes cold when hot water tap in the breakfast area of the hotel is being opened)
- Can't use sink and shower in bathroom at the same time (shower will stop).
- Shower head sprays cold on 1 side and hot on the other side, water pressure is weak.
- Towels are too far from shower.
- The view when you look out the window.
- The elevator (small and it starts/stops abruptly).

Very clean and silent room No 5 although with low water pressure in the bathroom and a water leakage stain on the room wall hidden by a painting. The staff was kind.
