Newly renovated property in a great location! The rooms are bright and so clean with everything recently updated. I slept like a baby too! The extra space and kitchen is always convenient, even if only staying for a few nights. Great rates here, especially on weekends and they have a large outdoor patio, two firepits, heated pool and game area. Staff was friendly and accommodating to every request. We had a great stay and love that Residence Inn's are pet friendly too. Will be back next time!

Terrible service, front desk knowingly put me in a room with no AC. It was 85 degrees in the room and they did nothing to make my stay more comfortable. Clearly there were other rooms open due to my early check in and they brushed me off with zero options. At 400 per night I would expect better service atleast give me other room options or send someone to try to fix the issue. Zero effort or concern. Plenty of other options around here, stay elsewhere if you want to be taken care of.

Convenient location with parking underground. Near markets and other basic needs. Didn’t use amenities but they looked enjoyable. Very thoughtful gift from front desk was a nice touch. That said, need better training for (some) of the front desk staff who barely looked up at check in and then send us on a goose chase with allll our luggage around the entire property before we finally found our room- when it was literally across the parking lot. Unreal.

Awesome stay with great service from the front desk, large comfortable room, good air conditioning, nice pool area with BBQ, delicious breakfast, and convenient parking. Close to restaurants and shops. Lovely neighborhood behind the hotel for morning walks or runs.

Staff was fantastic and attentive. Room was great. Recent renovations really modernized rooms and the whole property. Best Residence Inn stay in a long time and we love Residence Inns. This one sets a high bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms are clean and well appointed, but show some wear (e.g., torn screens in the windows, some fading in rugs, etc), and I had some minor problems with insects in the room (probably due to the torn screens). Water pressure in the shower was a little low. Kitchens in the rooms are decent, though somewhat sparsely equipped.

Parking is good, though not fully obvious: it wasn't until the evening of the second day that I realized that there was more than just the small lot surrounding the hotel, and that there was also an entrance to an underground parking area. (Staff didn't mention this at check-in my first night, when I arrived around 10pm.)

The room includes a kitchen, very spacious, convenient location. Staff are also very friendly and accommodating. The only thing is that the bed / pillow is not the most comfortable, neck hurts a little some days.
