This is a fun, cozy hotel that offers everything you could want. It is clean. The staff is very friendly and seem happy to be there. I felt personally taken care of and response time for requests were excellent. The lobby is quite inviting and encourages social activities. I spent 3 hours in the lobby with my 20 year old playing games! It is a hidden gem and well deserving of your money. There is a yoga room, gym, pool and tasty breakfast as well. It is also eco friendly and offers delicious and reasonably priced treats in their market.

This place is truly unique. Initially, I wasn't sure how much I would like it, but it quickly won me over. It's one of the more affordable options in Colorado Springs and has a lot of character. It's an old motel that has been revamped. So if you're expecting a typical Holiday Inn experience, you might be disappointed. Our room was minimalistic but exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower didn’t drain well, but there was plenty of hot water. One downside was the lack of a coffee pot in the room, as they emphasize communal spaces in the lobby instead.

The lobby is a lively gathering spot, featuring oversized checkers, Connect Four, and even a pool table. The bar, only stays open until 9 p.m. They have a very nice, clean pool, which was a great place to relax. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which is a bit unconventional. They use ceramic coffee mugs that are washed and reused, which can sometimes result in a wait if they run out in the morning. The breakfast itself includes muffins, bagels, and yogurt. However, they seemed understaffed during breakfast, which added to the delays and made the experience feel a bit disorganized.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return if we’re ever back in the area.

loved my stay!! definitely not a luxury hotel at all but very cozy, affordable, and friendly. the staff was all incredible and even gave me some free drinks from the bar. loved how personal yet professional the interactions were. room was minimalist but had everything i needed. i do wish the rooms were a little deeper cleaned. you can see dust/dirt on surfaces. but other than that i love this place!!! super cool concept

I couldn’t rate this place higher. What a brilliant, and warm experience I’ve had. Everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. The deco throughout the hotel was awesome.
I especially want to give a huge thanks to all the SCP team for their hard work and effort they put into the hotel.

Really dope spot! Mix between a hostel and hotel. Don't expect a 5-star resort! But expect good energy, lots of common area activities, a cool bar, comfy beds, and pillows.. we got a free drink on arrival, they planted a tree for us because we stayed here and they have a really awesome conservation initiative! Pool is clean and nice, everything is inviting, open, and clean. For breakfast, we had complimentary coffee, granola, fruit, and yogurt. Really enjoyed my stay, and I felt the staff and people were all chill and open - gave me hostel vibes, but we had a private room, mini fridge, desk, etc.. I really love the vibe and would totally come back! It's a strictly enforced non-smoking establishment, so I walked across the street to smoke. Shame because there's a lot of cool smoke spots there, but I totally understand.

If you are looking for an affordable and safe motel in Colorado Springs, be sure to check this out. We stayed in the motel-style rooms and were pleased with the renovated room. The bed was comfortable with medium firmness of our bed. There were several places to hang and store clothes, a desk with charging pads on the lamp in a decent sized room. This is not a 5-star accommodation but is clean, comfortable and safe in a nicely updated space. We felt very safe and saw they have night security for those who may have pause to book here. The breakfast was muffins and various pastries plus yogurt, fruit and honey toppings plus some fresh fruit and granola. All was fresh and tasty. Some reviews complained about road noise. With our room fan on we heard little to no noise. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

Originally, I booked another hotel, but it wasn't up to my standards. Walked into this hotel with no reservation and they were able to get us a room. Super glad it all worked out. The room had a minimal design which is best in my opinion for housekeeping. The room was large, clean, and very modern looking. The TV had every channel available. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and went out of her way to ensure our stay was awesome. She personally showed me where my room was and all the other amenities. The parking was gated and security walked the property overnight. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my stay knowing my car wasn't getting broken into. The stay was a fantastic value and overall great. Go ahead and book it.

What a charming surprise! This motel was older, but has been renovated into an eco-friendly sanctuary. The room was decorated in a trendy, minimalistic way and was quite large. The lobby was very welcoming — places to relax and gather with other people. Small bar, nice grocery area, and a pool table. The only thing missing were drinking glasses — I went to a nearby Goodwill and purchased a couple to use while we were there. The complimentary breakfast was quite delicious. The only complaint about the location is we had to drive pretty far to find a restaurant for dinner.
