I AM ABSOLUTELY devasted to share a SCAM I experienced. I booked a stay via Expedia, based on the location shown on the hotel website and on Expedia. It said Bergamo airport was 5 min drive (in reality it was 25 min drive), and only a few mins from Bergamo city centre, etc., all SCAM. As I was ill the day before, we only stayed 1 night instead of two as booked but we could not visit Bergamo. The taxi services are also devastating and they charge you as much as they want. We paid 39 euros on our way to the hotel and 50 euros on our way to the airport next morning
Expedia team were not helpful, and neither are the Spa Hotel Parigi 2 now as once they TOOK THE MONEY, they do not care.
I will resolve my issue via court a d would advise anyone having experienced such a FRAUD to chase their money or please contact me.
I only paid £168 but FRAUDS are unacceptable in any type of business.

The hotel is too far away from everything! They lied about their location being, according to the website, just few minutes away from the heart of Bergamo. It's 20 km away from the city.

In the suburbs of Bergamo, so not many restaurants etc near the hotel. Rooms were basic and clean. We found the Parigi a good quality hotel with good value and very friendly service.

Renovated, comfortable rooms that are extremely clean (both the room and the bathroom). The bed is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast super tasty! The spa makes a difference: relaxing, organized, clean, with a perfect scent and music – a very good experience! Last but not least, don't miss the real Italian espresso at the bar – we were amazed by the aromas of the coffee blend! I highly recommend this hotel!

As with recent stays in the Milan area, our one-night stay here was nice. There isn't really anything special to say.. but at the same time, there isn't anything particularly bad either (other than the wifi in the room being down/out). Service was good. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing extravagant.
