This is a very nice hotel for the price. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The front desk are very friendly and check you in very quick. My room was perfect except the air conditioner was really and and needs replaced. If you run a hotel in Oklahoma you better the e good ac. Ours kept shutting off and resetting and they were sold out.
Anyhow the hotel is great for the price there isn't another in this price range.
Also just a suggestion the name change was kinda dumb cause now it's name is hard to pronounce so I forget it when I try to tell others about it.
I mean really fix the name and the ac and your good to go.
Fine for kids and it's pretty safe. Downstairs rooms are noisy.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights, everything was going okay, rooms were sort of clean, small bathroom though and there was some kind of mildew in the shower and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close very good either. I tried cancelling the reservation before our trip because I found a better and safer option but couldn’t because i booked third party and they would’ve charged the same amount we paid to cancel it so we decided to just stay. Should have just paid the cancellation fee honestly. I will say the lady at the front desk was amazing she was very welcoming and so helpful to us. I wish I could remember her name. Up until the last day which was yesterday morning my boyfriend got his truck broken into and they stole some of his belongings. We let the guy in the hotel know about it, im pretty sure his name is Paul, at first he thought I did it like come on why would I break into my own boyfriend’s car and steal his stuff that’s actually ridiculous. Maybe check the low life thieves that are staying at the hotel. He also was no help and what I thought was weird is he told my bf he saw the broken window and didn’t even notify us!! That’s very strange and unprofessional. We let the cops know as well and filed a report. We contacted the hotel many times and they do not cooperate and don’t want to send us the video footage after the cops told us the hotel need to be the ones to send us the footage. They need better security and better management. Patricia is the manager there and doesn’t care at all what happens in that place, she was so rude to my boyfriend on the phone saying he was a liar. They are horrible people and don’t care about their guests. There is definitely something sketchy about this place. I would not recommend staying here it is not safe at all. It’s best to spend more money on a clean hotel that cares about their guests and has better security. When we come back to travel, we will make sure to stay elsewhere. Please always check the area and reviews on hotels before booking‼️ It is so important for your safety, I regret not doing so. This hotel just needs to shut down immediately.

I or my team could have been potential customers for this hotel. We had a driver waiting for someone, and he briefly went into the lobby to ask for an ATM and grab a coffee, which, of course, he was going to pay for. He didn’t assume anything was free. However, the front desk lady treated him with such disgust, it honestly surprised me. While he was waiting in the parking lot for a guest, she immediately came after him and asked him to leave. He politely complied without any issue. I never imagined this would happen to one of my employees, but I guess it shows how careful you have to be these days. One star for customer service. As for the hotel itself, I can't give a rating since I’ll never book with this company after receiving such terrible treatment.

Never will you meet more useless people at a front desk. The Indian lady was very helpful and extremely nice, she ought to be running the place. Paul had seen my truck was broken into at 630am yet I didn't find out till I went out there at 10. I'm confused as to why they took down what vehicle I was in at check in if they can't use that information to go to my room and inform me of the break in. Later I found out from a family member who called the hotel, that Paul was referring to me as a no good drug dealer and how they had no sympathy for me or my situation. If you get a room here it's nice and cheap, gives you horror movie vibes, and you will recieve only more problems from the hotel if your personal vehicle is damaged in their parking lot.

Stayed here multiple times. Never had bed bugs and always had a clean room/sheets. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is good and is actually better than other hotels I've stayed at in OKC. Fast check in process as well. Fair price compared to lots of other hotels.

No le pongo una estrella porque no hay. Muy sucio, tuve que limpiar como pude con una toalla y champú la taza del wc que estaba sucia de gotas de orina seca y pelos. Ha sido una experiencia muy desagradable, no recomiendo este hotel a nadie. Vale la pena pagar un poquito más por un lugar limpio y donde sentirse mejor.

If I could, ive give this facility negative stars. They reject service dog handlers because they think service dogs need to be vested. Thats simply untrue. They wont listen to ADA explanation and they womt respect or uphold the compliance business are required to uphold for those of us with SDs. This is a 2 star hotel if they keep denying us handlers they're going to face more issues than they think. Most of us will charge back and move on but we get sick of this the right one will tear your business down.

Edit: I've had a service dog since I was around 9 years old. My mother has had one since shes was about 16. We mean service animals the reply about emotional support is silly and trying disregard the experience. We have a medical alert dog and a psychiatric alert dog. Very different from emotional support. My point of this hotel not allowing service dogs stands and ome day they're going to face a lawsuit from someone who's sick of it.

The first night of my 4 night stay, I was savagely attacked by BED BUGS!!! Over 20 large bites. My husband was also bitten, but he didn't react the same. I talked to one of the managers, he said there wasn't anything he could do about it!! Blew me off. I checked reviews, there were other complaints about bed bugs. The hotel managers knew about the BED BUGS!!!! When I returned after my business appointment that evening, another manager was on duty, he offered to move me to another room. OK ,fine. No more bites!! Thank goodness! I prepayed for my 4 night stay. I found that the rude manager billed me for the 3 nights, again!! He also locked me out of the new room!!! The rude manager, treated me like it was my fault & not his responsibility.
The hot water was also a problem. It was either burning hot or ice cold. Low water pressure & not enough hot water for a quick shower. Ice is not readily available, you have to ask for it & you are only given a handful of ice. No adequate for icing 2 cokes.
Both Friday & Saturday night there were loud fights in the parking lot!!! They went on over half an hour each time & were past midnight.
I had stayed here 3 times before. It used to be nice. Now it has drastically declined. Don't stay here! BED BUGS ARE HORRIBLE, PAINFUL, & YOU DON'T WANT TO DRAG THEM HOME.
