Provide washer and dryer in the room but then charge for detergent All other DVC resorts provide detergent free since, you know, they put the washer and dryer in your room. Rooms are fine, not very well thought out design like classic Disney. Very bland and modern instead of high level theming like older Disney imagineering WAS known for. Also extremely expensive for not much value other than location. Security is also a mess and will slow down your day, absolutely not necessary.

Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable bed, with nice TV. Absolutely love the private security entrance to the parks and the little Disney touches you pass on the way (such as the photo ops with Cars characters). Closets are a bit small, and the fake nonfunctional drawers on the lamp nightstands are a bit weird. But plenty of USB ports to charge your devices. Had a problem with a mis-programmed phone so was hard to call the right room services such as bellhop, but they did eventually get to us. Staff was extremely friendly on checkin. One thing they could do is to put a small convenience store in all of the towers, so we don't have to walk between towers if we need sundries later in the day. But overall worth it!

Terrible experience.

Rooms were poorly constructed from cheap materials and already showing significant aging in less than a year from opening. Counters and marble chipping. Calking cracked and growing mold already. Service absolutely horrific. Have two kids and they nap around 2 pm. We were out of the room for 7 hours, and they still didn’t manage to clean our room. We called to complain and ask that they come at 5 pm when we left to enter the park again. Failed again. Asked that they at least deliver us some towels when we returned just so we could bathe our kids. Failed again. Water temperature is lukewarm at best. One of the showers didn’t get warm at all because the balancer valve was already broken. Phones don’t work half the time. WIFI didn’t work for 24 hours.

Second stay here. First stay was at initial opening and gave them a going pains benefit of doubt kind of review in the past, but this settles it.

I give this addition to the DVC two thumbs down and one star because I can’t give zero. Don’t waste your money. Stay off property if you have to return at midday for naps or stay at the grand. The price difference is negligible, and we barely used the kitchen.

The room is beautiful, and the people serving the resort are amazing. But the hot water can barely be called hot. It's a solid 15-20°F below where I'd like it. I like a hot shower after a long day of park hopping and this is not hot... 🙁

For Disney Vacation Club members, The Villas features new apartments with enhanced or full kitchens and separate bedrooms and living rooms for 1-bedroom or bigger units. Beautiful setting with lush landscaping and multiple swimming pools. Highly recommend!

FUN!! I stayed in the deluxe studio-themed Sleeping Beauty room, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious, with a pull-down sofa bed and couch combo. I like the light-up headboard, the animation details, and the modern aesthetic in the room. Location and convenience are a big plus, too!

The beds definitely weren't a queen. More like a full size. They were comfy though. The fold down bed isn't good for anyone that's not a kid. You'll feel it the next day if you aren't light weight. Long long walk to get to the hotel from the parking. Next time I'll just stay at the main hotel. Was a nicer overall experience.

This place is legit. It’s like a home away from home in that you can save $ by bringing food/snacks for your kids. There’s a fridge, silverware, dish-ware, microwave, and toaster.

It’s made to feel different than the other hotel rooms on site. Game changer for me as a coparent with 2 young kiddos!

The pool is nice and was never crowded when we went downstairs - then again the weather wasn’t the greatest during our spring break so ‍♀️

My kids loved the Villas more than the Grand Californian, Disney Hotel, and Pixar Place.

We stayed in room 1031 - this is the deluxe studio preferred view room.
