My family and friends stayed here for a week when my brother got married in Florence. It was an absolute dream from start to finish. Bianca, the host, was impeccably friendly, responsive and helpful. The pictures don’t to the Villa justice. Each room has a renovated en-suite bathroom, while the rest of the space preserves its historical charm. The views are beautiful, the pool refreshing, and all amenities well equipped. I hope to be able to return again in the coming years and could not recommend it highly enough.

You will not appreciate the life and beauty of Tuscany unless you experience a place like Ville le Colline. Bianca, our host, was amazing from beginning to end. Always ensuring our stay was comfortable. Despite 90 plus degree days in July, she made she fans were delivered for the kitchen, but the A/C in all bedrooms worked amazing. Not to mention the incredible pool on the property was so amazingly gorgeous, perfect for a mid day dip, or end of the day swim.
The villa dates back to the family of Amerigo Vespucci, and then the Medici, and the rustic design, incredible architecture, and wonderful artwork make this home perfect. Upon recommendation from Bianca, chef Cristina cooked our family of 14 two wonderful meals at the villa, served to perfection.
20 minutes to Florence, and 1 to 2 hours from Sienna, Pienza, Pisa, Montalcino and Lucca, you can experience all of Tuscany on your daily trips. Renting a car is a must for this, but it was easy once we navigated the beautiful Impruneta countryside. I loved the wine tour with Tomasso, our visits to Florence, the amazing location of the villa, and my beautiful bedroom on the 3rd floor...a suite with a small kitchenette.
If you are a big family, or a few couples, looking for a true Tuscan experience, save the hotels for the beaches, and make Ville le Colline your choice for Tuscany!

A splendid Villa in beautiful typical tuscan countryside 15 minutes south of Florence surrounded by a large parc. The Villa is very elegant with all the luxury of a 5-star-hotel while maintaining the character of an elegant private country seat of a noble florentine Family - which in fact it is. We were greated by their gracious daughter with all the warmth that made us feel quite welcome - almost as family. She is very interested in Art history and gave us precious advise of what to visit in Florence apart from the main Sightseeing Spots. There was nothing she would not have made possible for us. We had a family celebration in the Villa and Bianca organised everything from flower bouquets to a wonderful chef who spoilt us with deliciuos food she made in the beautiful originally preserved charming kitchen in the Villa. Bianca even made it possible for us to enter Europe‘s largest private garden normally not open to the public. For whom who prefers to spend some time in an elegant and authentic noble villa without any compromise to top luxury standards but while preserving its charme over a corporate run establishment can not do better than choosing Villa le Colline. We already came back several times - and now prefer the months during Winter time, especially November and march where you still can lunch outside and see the landscape in its highest beauty while at the same time Florence is not that crowded that makes you long for your return to the freshness and tranquility of the Villa.

Absolutely beautiful setting among Cyprus and olive trees. Very large home that accommodates large groups with all bedrooms offering air conditioning and a private full bathroom. Guest house offers an additional bedroom, 2 bathrooms and overlooks a breathtakingly beautiful view
of Impruneta.

The Kitchen has a rustic feel, however it has all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, with 2 full refrigerators and a wine fridge. The cupboards have all the dishes, bowls and pots and pans that you will ever need for a large group.

We had a 60th birthday celebration for a family member with 13 people in attendance, however the villa would easily accommodate 16 people or 8 couples.

Bianca was a fantastic host, offering us assistance whenever we needed it. Also, all her recommendations…tour services, driving services, chef, restaurants, etc. we’re all excellent. You could tell that the family that owns the villa really wants its guests to have a memorable vacation filled with good food, wine and fun.

I would highly recommend the villa for your stay in Tuscany.

We had one of the most wonderful months of our lives at the villa! We rented the villa for a month in order so spend time with many family and friends. Each Sunday afternoon 8-10 people arrived, and they left the following Saturday morning. This is one of the few villas that can accommodate a large group very comfortably. Every bedroom is attractive and en suite, a very rare finding. No one heard anyone else in their rooms. There is also a lovely guest house where friends stayed who needed to work without distraction. As hosts, we stayed in the 'apartment' on the third floor that had its own small kitchen and large sitting area, which provided us with ample space and privacy over the course of the month. We enjoyed cocktails in the front patio overlooking the valley every evening and cooked dinner every night together. As people who love to cook, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to have two-three people cooking at once. We had many a lively evening in it preparing meals! The dishes/glassware/cookery items pleased us greatly as we entertained nightly. We ate in both the lovely dining room inside and the charming pergola outside. We prepared pizza in the pizza oven weekly and ate at the table there. The pool is fantastic and added to our enjoyment. From the website pictures, it is possible to see how absolutely stunning the villa is, so I won't say more about the obvious. What is not apparent is how easy it is to get to Florence and smaller towns in Chianti. For art, culture, food and wine lovers, this is paradise. The shops and weekly markets in nearby Grassina and Antella could suffice to provide all you need but of course, there are dozens of other wonderful markets and shops in towns throughout the region. Every day was an adventure in Chianti!
Finally, what really makes the difference are the hosts of the villa, the Colacicchi family that owns it and their daughter, Bianca, who manages it. They live next door and are available and responsive should you need anything. Bianca runs a tight ship, very professional, and she is also charming, kind, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. She is a fabulous host/manager who completely understands how to make your stay at the villa a wonderful experience. I know the entire group - 42 people in all - who stayed at the villa over the course of the month, had a wonderful time and were absolutely enchanted with the villa. It was a memorable experience for everyone and a highlight of our traveling lives.

Beautiful, spacious Villa in the heart of Tuscany. Gracious host, responsive and efficient. Well-kept ground, lovely pool and a guest house. We were 15 people for 2 weeks and had the time of our life.
