A modern villa with airco in almost every room and very good Wifi throughout. TV will all the local and national TV channels. Pool table in the downstairs room and toilets and showers on every level. No mosquito nets and no mosquito screens in the windows so endless mosquito swatting is needed. No airco or fans in the downstairs bedroom or pool room but windows can be opened. The beds are very hard, maybe the preference of some people but I have literally got back pain from these beds. The current sun loungers are hard to enjoy due to their clumsy design and the current fixed umbrella placement in the garden makes it hard to sit in the shadow together with others. The pool is of perfect temperature and very clean. As the villa sits in a rural farming area there can be a bit of mowing and other heavy engine noise around during working hours and during the weekend. Hard to avoid of course with farms. The counterpoint is that the produce in shops and in restaurants is all beautiful local veg and fruit, olive oil, wine and so on. Highly recommended to get the local private chef and her husband to swing by and cook you a 10-course meal. It's sublime!
