We stayed at this hotel in Frascati with my wife and were very disappointed. The check-in was nothing special, just ordinary. We had booked a Junior Suite, but for a so-called 4-star hotel, it felt like a very standard Italian room and certainly not up to 4-star standards. The room size was not ideal for a Junior Suite, there was no view, and the curtains didn’t even reach the top of the window rail. The bathroom was small, with only a bathtub.
Breakfast was not varied and not appealing at all. On the day we checked out, we couldn’t even have breakfast because there were simply too many people and the space was overcrowded.
The hotel is located next to a bar-tabac, and the parking spaces supposedly reserved for the hotel were constantly occupied by the bar’s customers. Overall, the location has no real interest.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. A great disappointment.

Not a great hotel. The rooms are small and dark. The bedding is very poor quality. The bathroom and bedroom need updating. Nice view and decent food. The hotel is far from the town of Frascati - a walk up a hill on a very busy street with no pedestrian walkway.

This hotel was more like a resort - providing outstanding staff from the front desk to restaurant, and back to the lounge bar. I would highly recommend for a stay that will provide many features such as great dining restaurants, grocery store just down the road, and public train transportation that takes you to Rome. Thank you staff!!

I went to the spa, which had a nice steam room and sauna but that was it. The hot tub was not hot and had a few jets. There were cups for tea but no tea, and the water was gross. I had a massage for 50 minutes which started late and ended early so it was probably 40 minutes at the most. The woman doing the massage had bracelets on that kept hitting my body. The advertised for candles which were battery powered and the music was so loud it was annoying. Needless to say the worst spa experience ever, I would stay away.

Very good hotel, kind and friendly personal, very delicious food. Even the manager Gianlucca tries to do his best. We just went 10 minutes to the train station, in 20 minutes to Roma Termini, 8 € for the Trip to Roma and back. You can see Roma from the hotel...every day was marvellous, we will come back!!!!

The staff were so friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The good is fabulous but not overly priced. ||A wonderful view also.

Not a great experience and very dated.

We stayed for three nights because we had a wedding close by.

The room:
I paid between €170-190 per night for two people including breakfast. The room itself was extremely old, likely not changed since the nineties.

Bathroom:
The stabilizer bar of the shower/bath combo glass was dangling from the wall. The edges of the bathtub had some mold on it.
There was a broken piece off the front of the toilet, did not impact comfort but for tje cost it’s not a good sight.
The shower had extremely low water pressure and went from hot to cold to hot and cold again, very annoying.
Vanity was low but usable.
Toilet paper is in a combo stand with the brush, and it dangles over it… weird choice but ok.

Beds:
The mattress was torn on the side and disintegrating, it was that old.(it was hidden under the sheets).
Sheets were cleaned every day and housekeeping did keep those clean.
You get two spanish style long pillows, they were fine.
Good thing was that I always check for bed bugs but luckily none were there.

Remaining room:
AC… oh that ac… you can’t control the speed and it just always blasts and very loud or you turn it off and the room gets uncomfortably hot.
So we left it on as long as possible and then turn it off right before bed.

The floor is all scratched up, but it seems to get cleaned every day so its a minor inconvenience. It again, just shows too many signs of wear and tear for the price.

Breakfast:
Coffee on request
Yoghurt
Fried egg
Scrambled egg
Sausage
Bacon
Yoghurt
Some cereals
Melon&pineapple
A lot of cake, and some good sweet pistachio croissants. (See photo)

No bad things to say about two employees running breakfast, of which a lady and a bald man, they were very friendly and made good coffee.

We did not use the pool or gym but they seemed ok.

Do note that the parking is often full and many people go to the hotel store to buy cigarettes.

Other staff:
A little rude, not even a question on how the stay was when checking out.
They use frascati transfers as the shuttle to fiumicio, but make sure you agree to a price with marco per mail. And confirm again the day before. He forgot to pick us up. When asking the hotel staff, they called him and said he was just late while they were whispering he forgot.. not a good look.

Housekeeping is very friendly and clean quite quickly. Also didn’t steal a phone that accidentally was left in the open.

The location is nice, walkable to and from the station (about 15min) but a little annoying due to a lot of traffic and not working traffic lights.

All in all i have stayed at 3* hotels that were more comfortable and brand new 4* hotels that were much cheaper.

Frascati was lovely and a hotel full of amenities. Friendly staff and comfy, roomy accomodations. We'd be back if we're looking for something outside of Rome
